The food is great! There is an extensive menu with a dedicated vego/vegan page as well as plenty for the kids. Enjoyed my experience so much I'm heading back for dinner again in a few weeks.
WOW that cob loaf was sensational!! And we loved the way it was served. Also had the twice cooked pork belly and the mixed grill this time. We were not disappointed.

Walked into the restaurant and were welcome with a knowledge that I had arrived, politely asked me how they were able to assist.
Waitress shows me my table in a professional manner, asked me if I was ready to order not sure of any of the menu, they would find out.
The service and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great credit to the owners.

Very friendly service and fast with our meals. The place was busy which was a good sign. We shared the cob loaf just don’t add any extra salt it doesn’t need it, I could taste the salt in the meals, but that could just be me. Overall very nice and would come again. 👍

Tried the maple glazed pork loin served on creamy mash with seasonal vegetables, red wine jus with tempura scallops and the seafood chowder; can’t believe how good it was 🥰 we absolutely loved it! Very busy restaurant so maybe worth making a reservation before you go.

Finally got back out to Belly's Bar 'N' Grill at Latrobe for lunch. Warmly welcomed with a big smile straight away by James, as we came through the door and this excellent level of service continued throughout our visit!
Meals were delicious too! 🍽😁

Great spot for some hearty meals, the pan seared scallops tasted fresh and the slow cooked beef cheek was fully flavour with a bit of chilli to enhance the dish. Highly recommend

Went there on New Year's Day. Friendliest service, fantastic food! Would definitely be back next time we're in town.

An absolute must when visiting Latrobe! Definitely a place for those that enjoy a hearty meal and good coffee/hot chocolate.
I cannot speak highly enough of the 12 hour slow cooked chilli beef cheek, or the slow cooked lamb rump. Both were incredibly well done with a rich gravy, fresh veggies, and sitting on a beautifully creamy potato mash, definitely food to warm the soul. The food was only out done by the wonderfully warm, and helpful staff, which were more than happy to help with any needs. A good tip would be to call ahead and book a table, as this place is rightly busy on the weekends, and it would be devastating to miss out due to poor planning on your part.

We truly enjoyed our lunch at this lovely bar. Kids chose the calamari plate and the bento box and were absolutely delighted. Our steaks were perfectly medium rare and served on sizzling plates that definitely added to the cozy vibe. Servings are huge. Would highly recommend this place.

I took and elderly man for a meal. He requested something not on the menu. The waiter said they would make it for him it wasn't an issue. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this spot.

I ordered the slow cooked lamb with a glass of Pinot Noir. The vegetables were good. The mash tasted nice but was not smooth enough for me, not unpleasant though. The lamb was a bit bland on its own but worked well with the sauce. The sauce was excellent and elevated the whole dish.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole lunch experience. The wait staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. The food was amazing. Nothing could be faulted. Congratulations on a wonderful business.

I've attended Belly Bar N Grill several times now. The food has always been fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed.

This was a delightful find behind a very unassuming facade. Had I not read the reviews, I don't think we would have visited as passersby, but am glad we did! Service was warm and small-town friendly and the menu and beverage list had something for everyone. The all day menu meant that even though we stopped for a relatively late lunch, we had a full selection to choose from. Each meal was delicious with nice touches of local produce. This unassuming place is a hidden gem (although probably not to the locals!) and well worth a visit for a meal.

Had a wonderful Meal at Belly's Bar & Grill on Sunday. We were seated and served quickly. Staff were friendly and Meal was great. Tricky Business the Cocktail for March was amazing.
