Hungry Jack's Burgers Bunbury

I'm a simple man. Whopper with cheese. Heavy everything. Yes. Sauce too. Large coke, onion rings. Impossible to screw up a simple order, but McDonald's does every time I challenge them slightly. Go with HJs instead.

Fun fact time. 10:30pm. The staff are nice enough too, props to the brunette who professionally handled my bag ripping with the accompanying smashing glass and food all over the floor. You need a pay rise. Especially with it being late night rush and 20 mins to close, thank you, and I'm sorry 🙏🌹(Should have taken a photo to add to this review😂)

The HJ kitchen was fully staffed and buzzing like a well-oiled machine serving the long queue of the drive-thru and walk-in orders. Kristal (?), one of the servers on this Australia Day public holiday was amazing to watch, as she took orders, made coffees, and put together orders, with barely a pause apart from glancing at the overhead order screens. Hope management recognises her efforts.
Full marks to the Bunbury HJ management for the staff training and putting on a full team on public holidays.

Great service. It was quite cold instore but was able to sit in the outside enclosed area to do some paperwork. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

We went to a drive Thur is quicker and quick order, the food Is taste good too!

I was met by a young man named Blake. He was well mannered and presented. The service I recieved from Blake was top quality and exceeded my expectations, especially when I hear stories from friends and family about poor experiences at fast food resturants. I hope he is recognised for his great service and willingness to help his customers.

Lovely mature blonde haired woman at counter very Lovely, offered to bring food to table, dining area immaculate and food piping hot

Went in earlier today and waited 25 minutes in drive through, which I didn't mind because it was rush hour Friday, and I've worked in hospitality before. Just wanted to say that I only saw young people working and they were all doing an amazing job. Seemed a bit stressed, but were very nice. Very polite and helpful. An amazing team and I hope they all got told that they did an amazing job today.

The food was great. Service staff were nice.. location is convenient.

We ordered inside but got takeaway on the way home to perth.

It was the first time in a long time where I was able to fully eat a whopper from hungry jacks. This one was freshly made, the ratios were good and it was well put together.

The food was amazing, there was only about 3 staff members there but I got my order in about 2½ minutes. If I go to bunbury again I will definitely eat here.

Always fresh food and prompt service .. weekend staff unfortunately many times can lack efficiency and get orders wrong and provide cold food. But during the weeks it's usually great.

Visited here at 3am in the morning after a great night out.
The service was as quick as to be expected when it is being run with skeleton staff. The food was hot and fresh, including the chips that had clearly just come out of the fryer.
Polite staff.

I had the privilege of working with Matt, Sharon and Vlad and got to see how they make sure the client gets the best product within there budget , Vlad the site manager is an outstanding carpenter and Matthews knowledge for design and layout is fantastic , I have since worked alongside others in the industry and would recommend Principal above them easily. Not only that but they are just dam nice folks .

My review is to focus more on the service of one person rather than the negative of another.

Grandson (11) is eating his burger & I ask where's the bacon. Not there... then he realised he's got the classic burger not the cheesey bacon burger. He says it's okay Nan but I thought I would phone HJ to let them know, more so to be aware of the mixup.
Liam answered my call and was very apologetic & said if I came back he would arrange for the correct burger to be given even though the grandson had eaten half of the classic burger.
I was at the forum waiting for my granddaughter to finish work so thought okay I will take Liam up on his offer of a replacement. Liam came to the window & waited till the burger was ready apologising again. He was so lovely and I appreciate his desire to make things right.

Had the pleasure of meeting Chianni and Chloe what lovely staff to have met!!. Will be going back because of the top quality of service by these lovely young ladies & Abbi as well . Food as good as expected when they are so short staffed

Ordered vegan burger by mistake, they had probably started cooking it when I realised I should have ordered the Rebel instead. Thank you to the lady who served me and Nathan the manager for changing the order. Well done guys

I've had a 36 year love affair with Hungry Jack's. It was my first real job. There's not one thing on the menu I don't like. Thanks for bringing back the YUMBO!!!! Fond memories. Thanks HJ's. 😊

I had the best experience with some of the crew members here. They smashed out my order (me being the only order on screen btw) but I got it in like 40seconds and I was really proud of the crew here:)
