We spend Christmas lunch at Highway Hotel, just a table for two , best location next to a windows, the welcome party 🥳 exceptional greeting with a welcome drink and canapes, the food couldn't fault it, yummy especially dessert. The staff is so happy , best service..well done to all, this is our third time doing Christmas lunch at Highway hotel, the best ever.. our present scented candle , so beautiful , makes my house smell wonderful..well done to all from front door to kitchen staff , great team work

I've always love this place ,, can't find much fault , however I feel the need to comment on one thing that can be changed ,, Jack the Manager sorry mate but every one else is dressed professional and in matching black , thens there's you wearing your clothes that wouldn't look out of place in a bed .. you not an owner, your a manager employed to represent. your outfit is tacky and looks does out of place behind a bar ,, I don't really care it's not my livelihood your representing. But maybe you should

Our family have been to the highway twice this week.. and both times the food has been outstanding ... Michelle was the waitress on both days and she is a super star !! What an asset to your team she is xx 5 stars this woman needs a bonus x best chicken shintty I've had in a very very long time x 😋 whatever ya doing keep doing it x

We had an amazing Xmas day. Our family felt very welcome. The food and service was perfect and the gift for the Children was very well received. Thanks for a great day.

First time at the Highway Hotel. Meals were hot and delicious. Staff were friendly and meals came out quickly after placing the order.
I have driven past lots of time and over looked the pub however this is now rectified.

Had a lovely Christmas day lunch the menu was perfect plenty of choices and delicious. Staff so friendly and welcoming it made the day all the more special and we got a gift as well.

Went back to the Highway hotel, ordered Calamari again and chicken this time, meal was perfect and can’t speak highly enough of staff member, Jack.
Great, attentive service, thanks so much for making this right, we’re back on the 16th for lunch with family.

Just had dinner, ordered calamari + steak sandwich. Calamari came right out, was delicious, however the steak sandwich sat and sat and sat under the “warmer” with the overworked staff walking right past it at least 4 times. We could see it from our seat.
Consequently the chips were cold and the bread on the steak sandwich was mediocre. A dedicated staff member to deliver food at busy times is a must. Very mediocre.

February 2024, we had a wedding reception in the Bennetts Bar room at the Highway Hotel in Bunbury. Nadene (Functions Coordinator) was fantastic and organized the room to everything that we had asked for.
The menu we chose (3 course meal) was cooked and presented to absolute perfection with a glowing come back from our guests.
Chris and Carly who helped with the organizing and as well as being on board with the night were also of absolute perfection.
The whole experience at the Highway was Brilliant and we highly recommend it for your next function venue.

Had a fantastic Christmas Day lunch there last week.
Everything was faultless right through from the warm welcome of the staff, the service and the food.

Just had the absolute best roast lamb shank ever.
So delicious.
Had calamari for lunch the day before and it was also a great.
Both times service was great, meal was timely.

I attended a private function here on Friday. This was my first time visiting the Highway.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made a very sad event easy.
The grazing table was amazing and a few of us ordered food from the restaurant menu and it was all very tasty.
I will definitely be back again, hopefully under much happier circumstances.

Attended this years Melbourne Cup event and had a great time - service was attentive and cheerful - this was our first visit after recently returning home from Victoria

Travelling for work and was lucky enough to catch dinner at the Highway Hotel. If you visit definitely give the Bourbon Rack of Ribs a look in.

Really great food at a reasonable price, you can order at your table with the handy QR codes. The staff were friendly too.

Always come to watch the UFC, food is always decent and staff always friendly.

Went to Bunbury for a few days and found that food in the local area is a bit expensive. However, this place had amazing daily deals on and great value for money. I myself got the $20 Tuesday deal with the Parmi and a pint. My customer service experience was outstanding, with the staff member helping me exactly what I was after.

Had a Chicken Parmi yesterday lunch time and it was the BEST parmi we have ever eaten, love the thicker cut ham on the parmi too. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone. Service was also great, really couldn't fault the experience at all.

Great fast, friendly service. Free garlic bread and our son allowed to order an item not on the menu as it was his birthday. Food was plentiful and tasty. Great job Highway Hotel.
