Reviewing a chain store is difficult because they are all pretty much the same. This store is in a central location with reasonable parking. I went there on boxing day and the place was packed but I still had staff asking if I needed any help which was great!

About two days ago, there was a lovely person who worked in the vinyl record section, and came over to talk to me while I picked some out. She was so lovely, chatty, and made me extremely comfortable. I actually chose a vinyl she recommended in the end. This meant a lot to me, I have agoraphobia, asd and other issues, it is a hidden sort of issue that isn’t easy to spot. I don’t venture far from my home, and this experience meant a lot to me. They were absolutely lovely, I wish I could remember their name, it was a girl with glasses who collected vinyl themself. I just want to say if you see this, thank you for showing a bit of kindness to me. You made my whole week. I had just gotten out of hospital and was going through a lot. Thank you and I hope to see them still there at the Bunbury shop as they are honestly a very good worker and very sweet. You absolutely helped heal something in me that day from a very small gesture and I hope you know this and are proud of yourself. Thank you 💖

Great service, staff know their products and can communicate well with customers in my terms not theirs. Good variety in smaller outlet

Tracey not only answered every query in a way we could understand but also provided information about different brands that helped us to make our decision on which unit to buy. The staff are always so helpful when I need them. My favourite section is right at the back, seeing which kpop albums are available (of course BTS, but I've seen Blackpink, Monsta X, NCT and GOT7 on rare occasions). The Homedics massager is a household need for the family members in pain. Excellent store.

Always nice to go to a place where they are willing to give you a bit of a discount. Can get busy on Saturdays but generally always able to find someone to help you.
