I’ve come here around lunch time a few times and no matter how busy it is I’ve always had quick service and great food. Staff are always super nice and seem to handle the pressure really well. Also made some of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Best iced lattes from any Maccas I’ve been to

Very friendly staff and convenient opening hours around Christmas and new year.
I scored it low for atmosphere purely because the place was empty when I went in.

Ordered mini cone and chocolate frappe!
Both were good , otherwise some McDonald’s branches just give chocolate mixture instead of frappe.

Food Taste Great to start with....but after 45 minutes, I regret eating it....but I won't stop, I love a fillet o fish....

Macca's good food but..
The older lady in the counter who took the order of my husband. Is quite impatient. My husband has a Macca's app on his phone and he wanted to use some points, out of some of our orders. But the lady just looking, feeling not in the mood when my husband talking and just said, I don't know I don't use the app " sounds annoyed". And she talking to the guy with the same grey uniform as hers like she was annoyed. And my husband kid's order was all wrong. Instead of no pickle, no sauce. And Just a bun, patty and cheese. She put the order with no meat, Just pickle and cheese.

I feel pity to my husband he just wanted to save some through using the McDonald's App points.
We and everybody's love McDonald's ❤ just sometimes the person who get your order is not in the mood to take your order 😔 or not keen to entertain you while you're using the app.
Maybe she was tired or something.

Service was a bit slow here , not sure why , maybe just a bad day

Very disappointed. This used to be such a great place to stop and grab a bite.
Very poor service with a long wait for service and food. Total disarray.
Cleanliness has deteriorated to the point of concern.
Will not be visiting again.

I love Macca's, great service, best coffee in town. Love the food, reasonable prices. So if your tummy is rumbling, head to Macca's, they have satisfied for over 50 years, many an appetite, all over the world.

The restaurant is very clean, the menu has a wide variety of fast food, the staff are very friendly and it has both dine in and takeaway. There is a safe play area for children. The toilets are clean. The carpark and building are wheelchair accessible.

Liam is a very polite and a friendly person to talk to, I lost my order due to driver not coming as I rang up I met Liam he is an outstanding person with a lot in his life, I wish I could reward him with something, this review is based on Liam and will be coming to that store more because of him, he should be rewarded with something greater than he is already got, thank you so much Liam. :)

It's maccas. We got two fillets in our FoF. It was delish.

This MacDonalds store has some really awesome staff members. They take the time to remember loyal customers... One staff member knows how I have my coffee for instance and they all have a lot of respect. Cheers guys. I'll miss getting my coffee from here now I'm on Perth.

I visited Macca's because I needed instant food, immediate coffee, the rest room and a quiet place to think ALL AT ONCE and I was able to satisfy ALL MY NEEDS AT ONCE... Thank you McDonald's Bunbury darling for being there for ME! I really do love and appreciate the fact that you are who you are!!! Thank you
