BIG W Bunbury

Have shopped in the party section multiple times now and served by Catherine and I just wanted to say every time it’s been busy but Catherine was lovely and helpful and made the experience great every time.

Had what i was after, and the staff were nice.

Had to go to Forum as it has the only Bankwest in the region. Always visit Big W. Can't go past the book section. They have a great range at a reasonable price.

Nice big store with plenty of choices. Checkouts easy. Plenty staff if you need a question answered.

Fabulous, 2 pairs denim shorts for $14. My daughter buys beautiful clothes and toys for her first grandson. Big W a great place to stop in Bunbury.

I love to to my shopping there. It’s always very organised and easy to shop. Staff is very helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful. When things specially clothes are marked down, they are pretty cheap... HINT: watch out for specials... they have a good selection of different things, though if you buy electronics or appliances it is in your best interest to keep the receipt for warranty issues. I have had a few faulty items from here, but they always exchange or refund. Bonus though is the exchange or refund can be done in other branches if you can't get to the store that you purchased the item from...

I love that we can use the rewards card in this store...

The staff here are nice, friendly and very helpful. Bradley has exceptional customer service, nothing is too much trouble for him. He goes out of his way to help you. Excellent A grade worker. Made my day yesterday helping me get some ideal outdoor furniture. I'll be more inclined to shop here for household items in future, due to good service and quality, affordable products 👍

Big supermarket with supermarket stuff in it, I found what I was looking for

Always treated with genuine positivity. Nothing is ever to much to ask for. An absolute pleasure to shop there. Please note, I will never use self serve! The exchange between myself and the person assisting me, checking my bags etc, is why I don't shop online.

Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Well organised store. Easy to find what you're looking for.

Beaut shop got my new printer and shredder also picked up a fushia and a rose Just Joey. Not bad for shopping for anything. Looked for King Single sheets for my Mums bed they did not have any. 4 out of 5 ain't bad

Great for laundry detergent, kitchen and toilet paper, and a lot of discount household basics.

It was difficult to find my items on my own however the staff were very helpful and friendly and showed me how to shop for the VERY BEST deals on offer. I ended up getting more than I intended however I still managed to make great savings on my purchases... Thank you BIG W staff of Bunbury Forum... You are fan-bloody-tastic! And I WILL BE seeking your assistance AGAIN ❤

We love the entry from the carpark and find it very convenient. The stock is always different and more variable than our local big w. Easy returns or replacements and friendly staff on quick self serves

The staff today at Big W Bunbury store (Sunday 2/2/20) were all extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with especially Ashlee at the service desk who went above and beyond to locate us a Baby car seat that was currently out of stock and even went to the trouble of showing us one of these chairs that was on hold for a customer so we could see exactly what we were purchasing - she was an absolute pleasure and we could not fault her.
It has been quite some time since we have received such exemplary customer service.
Will definitely continue to shop at Big W Bunbury Forum Shopping Centre and would highly recommend them after the service we received today 😊

This store has a lot more variety than most of the Metro Perth Big W's I've visited. The layout is great and all departments are have easy to read signage. I think I'd be better off travelling down here if I want anything from Big W. I can go for the day, visiting Bunbury tourist sites and calling into Big W on the way home.

The man at the front counter went above and beyond to help me. What I was looking for wasn't on the shelves I presumed it was sold out. I asked the man at the front if he knew where I could find the product locally. So he rang a staff member who located some in the back of the store on a pallet still packed . They went and located the pallet unpacked half a pallet just to get what I wanted. Took ten minutes but I got it. So thankful
