Skechers Bunbury

A few months ago, during a shopping trip in Bunbury, we purchased several pairs of shoes from Skechers for our 4-year-old son. The staff was exceptionally supportive and accommodating.

However, after just a few weeks, one of the shoes' lace strap holders broke, despite the fact that he hadn't worn them daily, as he alternates between different pairs. Recently, when I was back in Bunbury, I returned the shoes to the store, along with a snapshot of my bank statement from November to verify the purchase. The staff member was incredibly helpful, offering a replacement pair in a similar style but in black.

Our experience with Skechers was seamless and positive. Beyond my work boots, all our footwear comes from Skechers due to their comfort, style, and cool designs. Their wide range of options is impressive.

Bought the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn in my life today, for a bargain price and was served by Sara, who I found to be the most genuine, professional, happiest, brightest and most extremely helpful person I've come across, keep up the amazing Job Sara you are brilliant at what you do! Not to mention all staff members in this great shop are nothing short of Amazing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and are by far the very best shoes I've ever purchased in my life!

Amazing service today by Amanda, who picked up on my sons special needs and was so incredible at making him feel at ease. We left with new shoes and socks with him saying it was the best shopping experience he has had. You made what is usually a really challenging situation for us, into a great morning.

Never saw so many Sketchers in one place. Christie was a big help and got me taken care of to my satisfaction!

Every time I visit I am served by lovely staff members who are helpful, patient, friendly and have great product knowledge. Management must be top notch as great staff always reflect great management.

As I visiting Bunbury today I decided to look for a pair of strong walking shoes for my partners asked for extra wide american 13 or 14.
The staff who I might say were extremely obliging told me they dont get these sizes even asked for regularly
Looks like I will have to shop in America or Canada again
Head office a bit of advice look at your sizing
Girls in Bunbury dont lose your charm it was nice speaking to you even though I could not get what I wanted

Great service

Require more staff or more attention to customers. Walked in to reasonably busy store so began browsing until somebody was free. Unfortunately this meant I was left to my own and around 4 or so others came and were attended to before I even got acknowledged. Drove an hour to get here and went home without the 2 pairs of footwear I intended to purchase.

Second time Iv been in there, both times staff talking. Waited to be served then walked out. They didn’t notice
