My daughter and her friend both (9) on school holidays went on a shopping trip and were made feel so welcome by the beautiful Rachel, thankyou so much for making them want to now only purchase Chanel 😊

Samantha was incredibly helpful and introduced me really well to the CHANEL skincare and makeup range which I had very little knowledge on to begin with!

I cannot recommend the Chanel store in Claremont enough. The girls that work here are incredibly friendly and welcoming (not pretentious or judgemental). I went here to buy makeup and was given a full lesson by a lovely Irish girl. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I was made feel very comfortable. I left feeling confident and having learned new things with beautiful new makeup. All the girls here seemed to be having fun, an Infectious atmosphere indeed! I will definitely shop here again, thank you Chanel

Had a few problems with purchases on a crew ship. Sandra contacted us she met us at Claremont Station, took us to the boutique which is a lovely place. She went though a lot of options with us took a lot of time, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. A very lovely helpful delightful lady. A lovely experience absolutely love Chanel have been using it for over 27 years. Sandra introduced me to the body cream which is delightful and I am sure I am going to be absolutely delighted with it. Having read other reviews, a lady said she has always had trouble with foundation and it has almost convinced me to try it also.

Fantastic experience! I was helped by a wonderful woman with silver hair, who treated me so kindly and was so patient as I deliberated over which products to buy. She wasn't pushy or rude. I wish all makeup buying experiences could be like this!

Oih take me back to 1932..perfume is icon in voice of scent. They carry it.
