Coles Claremont

Very well staffed… I was having a hard time finding items and a young man in a beanie showed me and really made my shopping easy.

Best Coles in the state. All products and produce are always available. The store is always neat and tidy. The deli has a range of fresh meat, cheeses and seafood. Fresh produce is always new and great quality. The staff are efficient, and the checkouts are reliable. Must visit if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Well laid out, clean and had a great selection.

I highly recommend Coles. They made a mistake with a discounted items. And when I went back to customer service, they refunded me the full amount and also gave me the item acknowledging it was their fault, and that I would have potentially gone home paying more than what I should have.

Just a joy to be able to have 3 hours undercover free parking, to shop in comfort.
Not happy though with self check out!

This Coles outlet is one of my favourite store because of the large floor spacr, which means a variety of items and it is well lit and well maintained.

Always pleasant staff are eager to help, but sometimes difficult to locate them in the store. Gift cards NEVER scan from a phone so be prepared for assistance with manual input. This location rarely displays discounted fresh meat. In general, what you'd expect from the giant retailer.

Our local so usually go here a few times a week. The new layout is good and they usually have everything in stock that we need. It's and close to home but sometimes prefer to just do an online order as delivery can make it pretty effortless with minimum stress,

Good place with lots of self service option

Had excellent service from Jamika at Coles Claremont when hiring a steam cleaner yesterday. She did well solving some unforseen problems during the transaction and dealt with the pressure well. Thanks Jamika and Coles Claremont.

Coles Claremont is a picture postcard for how supermarkets should look like... & the staff are well trained, personable and present. No request is too difficult, the range is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

Simon at the self serve checkouts is a superstar I reckon. Great manners and thorough! Ace staff member. Good work

Ryan in the Fruit and Veggie Section was really nice and helpful with me. His customer service was delightful, and took time out of his day to make sure I got what I needed.

I've been shopping at Claremont Coles for more than
30 years. Wal and I know a lot of the staff as they
seem to stay long term.
Over the years complaints have been few, and
are always sorted in a prompt and friendly manner.

A very spacious supermarket with well stocked and organised isles. Everything is fairly easy to find. As far as supermarket goes nothing to complain about this one.
