JB Hi-Fi

Came in to grab a new Macbook Air and was blown away by Liberty's service. She had answers to every single question I came in asking, and gave me advice I could trust based on seriously thorough product knowledge as well as her own opinion. She remained so patient with me, even when I had issues with payment.
Definitely would return :)

Always fantastic customer service but the biggest shoutout goes to Rachel who is one of the managers at JB Hifi Claremont. Her professionalism in dealing with my faulty coffee machine was next level when the manufacturer had no interest in assisting. Thank you for creating such an outstanding outcome and as I mentioned during the process - regardless of the outcome I was so impressed with the service I received from Rachel and her team.

Great range of products and when there's a sale they are hard to beat on price. The staff in Claremont know what they are doing and that is refreshing in a store that sells tech... I'd sooner buy apple products here than from an apple store, for example.

The staff at Claremont JB are champions. I came through looking for a cassette to audio adapter for my 1999 Corolla and they had 3 in stock buried somewhere among everything else. No joke half the staff were helping me search for this adapter including the manager. We found it after combing the store for a whole 30 mins. Plus the adapter works like a charm!

Great service from a girl called Marie. She sorted me out with a great deal for my phone that was cheaper than my current plan, but had more data. She also helped me with a great deal on a drone as well. Much cheaper than anywhere else and great friendly service. Thanks I will be back.

I was treated well here. David did everything he can to help me find the item I was after and even called another branch to ask and to keep it aside for me. Well deserved 5 stars.

Excellent range. Really helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. Staff seem to know a lot more (about products) than their competition (HN, good guys, etc).
Only but when they are having major discount sales like the recent black friday sales week end of November, prices were $100s to $1,000 off e.g $2,700 Samsung 65 inch and 75inch smart high end TVs down to 1,500 and 1,600.

This is a great place to buy electronic and media products. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is free parking in the basement for up to three hours as well. There are also good deals for those interested in rare and classic movies on DVDs.

I would like to commend about the excellent customer service provided by Matt to organise a set up a payment plan to purchase my mobile phone. It took nearly 50mins and he did it so kindly and patiently. My children mentioned about their great range of products. Highly recommend for great service 👌 👍

The security guard on Monday night was so helpful! She gave some really good gift recommendations and I really appreciated it :)

It's got an expansive, ever-changing array of products. They've often got stock for new products, and services such as click and collect or exchanges are quick and easy. Most of all, staff are friendly and always willing to help out.

Kane from the JB team was great. He provided me the best deal.
I would buy from JB even if it is slightly expensive than other stores.

Returned a faulty fitbit watch which I had later been informed was a commonplace occurrence. Decided to return back to a galaxy watch. Aside from the original store not having the watch, both Claremont and Osbourne park store's staff were helpful and accomodating.

Had the fantastic experience of being served by Chris while purchasing a new laptop. Chris is knowledgeable, helpful and he was very patient in helping me understand what I needed and made plenty of solid recommendations based on those needs. The laptop I got is exactly what I need and Chris is just the nicest guy, the customer service industry needs more people like him to help technophobes like me.

Heather gave very good advice over the phone . Daphne very helpful in installing my product. Young man who seemed to be in charged checked my data charges and did not try to sell me something I didn't need, instead told me the plan I had was a good one.Will now chose JB Hifi over Telstra shop.

Went to the store on the evening of 25/6/2021 not knowing exactly what I wanted in terms of a sound system for an apartment I have down south. A very friendly and helpful young man helped and made it very easy. Outstanding service.
