Excellent customer service, super helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies at Bstore Claremont set a great vibe for the store and were extremely approachable. This was unlike other Bstores in Perth that I visited. I went to them to exchange another pair of Birkenstocks as the original store I went to did not help me much and sold me a pair that wasn’t a great fit. This made my experience even better as they helped me find a better fit and assisted me with finding a more suitable colour. This eased the doubts in my purchase and made me excited to use my first ever pair! I really appreciate the help and service they provided. Thank you again.

Recently walked by the Claremont Quarter store and the new range of Fitflops caught my eye in-store. Walked out with 2 pairs as they are incredibly comfortable; I had known about Fitflop sandals, but the cross trainers / active shoes were a real surprise. You just have to get these on your feet and feel the difference. I have had them now 3 weeks and they are super comfortable; I work from home with a stand up desk a couple of days every week and have worn the Fitflop trainers all day, 100% comfort. Wish I had them years ago!

As always, the BStore staff were down to earth, knew their stuff and helpful. Joanne was lovely, patient and passionate about the product.

2 young girls in store on the 15th July. We’re more concerned with talking amongst themselves. At no point did they welcome at least 5 walk ins or say hello/ offer help to any customers in the time I was there. Store manager was nice enough!! Recommend a store transfer to Kwinana Hub.
