I must say, this is much more bigger warehouse. Lots of option to look in too!

While I am looking for vitamins, one pharma approached and assisted me very well. Good customer service.

AYOMA is such a nice lady ,I have never seen someone so helpful. She helped me in finding the shade for my lipstick.
I would really want to meet her again and this chemist warehouse is the best of all chemist warehouse

Matt and his lovely staff need a huge shout out for their wonderful Customer Service. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble when I was needing assistance with a few different products at the store. Particularly liked the way he interacted with his staff and customers alike. It was really refreshing to see. Nice work everyone 😊

Had an amazing experience today in the fragrance section. A tall, dark curly haired man helped me pick a new fragrance out. His knowledge of each fragrance, their notes and how they last was executional, service you would expect to see in the most luxurious of fragrance stores. Just wanted to leave a really positive review because he was phenomenal

I've just visited your store and must mention the exceptional service I got from a young lady stocking shelves in the perfume area (unfortunately didn't get her name!) and a woman named Rachel who she referred me to. Rachel was more than helpful when she searched (and found in another store) the cleaning product I was after.

The prices could be a little lower.
However the service is good,. The snacks are over priced

Excellent service received from Matthew today. I was overcharged 1 week ago for my purchase and only look at my bill today. Return to the store and Matthew was absolutely friendly and helpful, he investigated and refund was arrange within 10mins. I'm impressed and delighted with the service standard delivered by Matthew! Well done!

I have to get regular prescriptions and the staff have been very helpful. I get an sms reminder a few days out before my prescription runs out and send one back saying I would like it renewed. Great system. Saves waiting in line. Staff and service of a high standard. Can't say much more!

Had amazing service tonight but forgot to get the guys name. I was looking at all the numerous protein powders & could not figure out which one I needed. The guy had a lot of knowledge in helping me decide what I was needing & on top of that he gave me a free 2L bottle to help with the amino powder I purchased for personal training. This store will definitely cross my mind whenever I need to get guidance for certain products. Best service I have ever had, please let him know that I am truly appreciative for all his help.
People like him need to be recognised more for the service they offer. As I work in retail to and it is a mentally and physically challenging job!
