It is wonderful experience purchasing my mattress here. Dara and Cath are so professional finding the right mattress for us. And they also very patient to answer our questions and explain the difference of their products. I just received my mattress last week. It is great! Many thanks to Dara and Cath!

I just purchased a King Koil mattress from Knoxfield shop today for over $3000.
Before I met the two lovely ladies Cath and Dara in the shop. I spoke on the phone with Cath. She gave me a very professional, helpful and comfortable feeling. That is why I don't mind to drive from Nunawading to Knoxfield.
I am highly recommend to meet that two lovely ladies before your make decision to buy bedding items. I wish them have a great 2024.

Very helpful and courteous staff. We found the exact product we needed. Easy visibility from Burwood Highway and easy access to customer carpark. Carpark and store not crowded, we were served immediately, got a demo of the product and were ready to go in short order. Surprised that other major bed retailers did not carry such a product. Has wheelchair access from carpark. A super easy and super quick shopping trip.

No pressure - just information and advice. They let you lie on the beds for as long as you need and actually let you make the decision on what bed is most comfortable for you! Very professional with great service. Thank you!
