Kmart Knox

I visited KMART Knox City today to exchange charger. Jill was the one who helped me today, on my last visit also to this Kmart, Jill helped me at the Customer Service desk when I had an issue with my Vacuum Cleaner. Jill called someone from hardware department to show me how to assemble, which made things so easy & simple.
Jill was courteous from start to finish. The service quality was truly exceptional.
Jill was a real pleasure and a good eye for detail.

A great store with an enormous variety of products. Prices are generally good value for money. Easy Store to shop and find most things you normally use. Staff are most helpful if you cannot find something. Usually fairly easy paying for your purchases as usually plenty of checkouts open for quick service.

Imogen from the Kmart Knox store was super helpful and went the extra mile for outstanding customer service. She made my day - thank you Imogen.

Everytime I go there, I get friendly & helpful service in a clean & well stocked store. Gr8 job guys n gals 👍

I rang yesterday to put a beach mat aside and they were quite helpful, tracking it down and putting it aside!

I went in store quite early this morning, just after opening, and the store was practically empty, providing me with plenty of time and room to get the mat. There were some togs on the clearance rack in front of the store and they were in my size, too! I'm a plus-size girl, so that was awesome!

The staff were friendly and helpful!

Miss 8 wanted to spend some of her Xmas money so it was off to Kmart we went! She found what she wanted and wanted to go and pay for the items herself. I’m really sorry I didn’t get his name, but the guy that served her was lovely and chatted to her the whole time. She had the best experience and was talking about it all afternoon. Thank you.

Good range of products and very helpful staff.The concierge is fantastic- consistently cheerful and competent.
I especially like the checkout set up (close to exit) which seems both logical and efficient.

Busy but staff worked so well to get the line moving. Most professional young staff I've seen at a kmart.

Click and collect is good for those who choose to do it. I walked past to get to another shop I needed to go to. 5 stars to walk past, didn't get struck by lightening or mauled by Quokkas, so I will take that as a victory.

Rang the store this morning was served by Jack a young guy who has excellent customer service. He was pleasant in the phone and nothing was a problem…. Thank you very much appreciated

Kmart was a good experience with wipes n disinfectant supplied at front entrance to the store. Distancing was adhered to while in the store but not in the centre itself. We usually go early as not soo crowded n we never ever go on the weekend as Westfield is always tooo crowded with a lot of pushing n shoving n disinfectant for hands usually empty.

Love the setup. Easy to navigate. Best of all - real people at checkouts as well as self serve (hate self serve when you have lots of items....agghhhhhh!!)

Nice people nice place they seam to have more stuff than there other stores its funny it seams that the futher away you go these places seem to have more things than the others lol 😆

So unfortunately I live in Frankston and something I had ordered online was only in stock at Knox Kmart so I had to travel all the way out I was a little bit annoyed but when I got to the Knox Kmart store I discovered that a lot of other things that well door stuck at other Kmart they had in stock especially being just before Christmas it worked in my favour so I'm very happy with the store and the stock levels that they try to keep the staff were very friendly and most helpful and thus to itself was pretty clean considering the season

Love Kmart. Their new range of items in store is really upgraded and looks very chic. Definitely recommend a look at their stuff.

Had trouble finding workwear today and was promptly assisted by John and a lovely lady at the fitting rooms (blonde lady, I'm upset I forgot her name). Nothing was too much fuss and they went over and above to make sure I received what I was after. Service is back at Kmart! Well done guys!

Staff in the service/pay area are always very helpful, the lady today was brilliant, a great combo of helpful, funny and friendly....wish I'd got her name....need more staff like her everywhere. Blonde lady at approx 3.30pm....THANK YOU.

Is still a regular spot to go back to after Covid restrictions
Still have bargains and everything is in same places.
Easy to find things.
