We booked at Chiton on the Rocks with 3 teenagers and we had an awesome time. The house is clean, the linens are fresh and the beds are comfortable. Great location with breath taking views of the ocean and sunset plus a bonus vantage view of the Cockle Train passing by. Kim & Barry are great hosts, easy communication and instructions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cockles at Middleton in October, 2 families of 4 enjoyed the house with plenty of room for each family and for the kids to play.

The house was clean with plenty of ammenities, all of the daily essentials were there. A really comfy and homely house, we will be back!

Lovely and spacious apartment with absolutely everything considered to make any guest feel relaxed. The location was pretty perfect and despite the weather, it meant staying indoors still felt like a proper break with those awesome views. Kim and Barry were both very prompt with any questions and helpful throughout.

Spent 4 nights at Hindmarsh Island Hideaway. The property was excellent for our adult family. Peaceful and serene would be the best description. The co-ordinator Kim did a great job of keeping in touch throughout. We even accidentally took the second set of keys home with us. No problem, just drop them off to Kim's home and all was good - Ken

We stayed at the Boji Waterfront Retreat in Wahpeton Village. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed and more. Kim was very responsive. South View - Beautiful location with lovely views out to the water and comfortable walking distance to the centre of Goolwa. The home was furnished to a very high standard and accommodated two families easily. We all had such a lovely time and were able to enjoy cooking at home and barbecues on the balcony. We didn't have to venture out at all! The kids loved it as they had their space downstairs and were able to walk everywhere and fish off the board walks. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and would love to come back and stay. Kim and Barry were awesome, easy to deal with and kept in touch during our stay.

We spent 2 nights in this beautiful holiday home recently, very modern, clean and spacious with everything that you need. The view was amazing. Check in and out was such a breeze, communication with the host was above and beyond. We recommend to anyone going to stay in Goolwa to stay here, we will return in the future.

Great rental company with amazing property

Our family stayed at Surfers Reserve in Middleton and the accomodation was exceptional. Kim and Barry were very responsive and helpful, and helped personalise our long weekend away. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back!

Do not stay here. Dirty and had an odor that lingered the whole weekend coming from the bathroom. Very disappointing experience. House was not clean we found a half eaten banana covered in ants behind the sofa so it's obviously not cleaned well. The irony of the dirty house was that dishonorable and obviously greedy owners charge a cleaning amount which was almost the same cost as a whole night's stay. Add to that they also had a list on the fridge with 10 different cleaning duties we were expected to perform. These expected duties were not just obviously leaving the place in an acceptable condition which is fair enough, no they wanted us to clean the place for them then on top of that charge us almost a whole night's stay for them to clean (aka they keep the money after guests clean the place for them). It wouldn't have needed cleaning after we cleaned it. Very poor behavior. Sad example of the greedy attitudes of these awful owners.
