Bombora is our local go-to for breakfast and brunch. The food is fresh and delicious with great service! Their dinner service in the summer is amazing with the creative menu options and stunning atmosphere with a view! Great job Casey, Joel and the team.

Gotta love breakfast at Bombora's! With some delicious staples on their menu, quality and taste are always of a high standard. Add to that the interesting specials board, and it's hard to go wrong with food selection.
Situated right on the water, there is a beautiful view from the inside decking area and from my favourite place, outside in the sun, weather permitting.

We enjoyed a great lunch here with friends. We dined on the outside patio and we’re able to bring our dogs. Fantastic views and great ambiance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great range of items on the menu and reasonably priced.

We had Christmas Eve lunch here. One of the best meals I had since arriving in Australia 6 years ago! The pork belly & prawn poke bowl is seriously the best! Please don’t remove this from the menu, I will definitely be back 😋

This place serves amazingly fresh seafood. The attendants are friendly and helpful. The tempura prawns were crisp, and succulent.
The beer battered fish and chips as the name suggests was authentic, deep fried crispy deliciousness of sinful indulgence.
The Ocean burger was filled with 2 freshly grilled fish fillets, avocados, lettuce and crispy French fries. The view from the restaurant is calming as you can see the river from the corner and the mesmerising sound of waves is relaxing as well. Definitely will be back, highly recommend!

Delicious food, great staff, nice river location

Such a lovely find by the river. Food was excellent and reasonably priced - we were shocked at the large serving sizes considering the prices. They do a perfect iced coffee too!

Sensational location. Great menu options with lots of seafood and other foods.
Really enjoyed our wines also.
The services is to be commended on and the prices are great value for the selections, serving sizes and quality.
We will be back again soon.

Had lunch with my wife - we shared crunchy haloumi tacos to share for starters, and I had the beef burger for a main. My wife had the salt and pepper squid salad. Everything was amazing.

Swell Brewing IPA for a drink (or two), and a seat on the patio overlooking the river. What else could you ask for?

Friendly service, fantastic views and 1st class food!

Take an afternoon stroll along the river Murray in Goolwa and pop in to one of the best locals for a light meal at Bombora Goolwa. Run by amazing owners and the crew, friendly service and delicious food with the stunning views. Crab and fish cakes with pickled veg on special this week and it’s mouthwatering. Crispy on the outside with a soft juicy middle served on lightly pickled veg compliment each other perfectly! Finish off with an orange and almond cake with your coffee! Highly recommend.

Delicious breakfast overlooking the river seated on the lawn below the main dining room. Good menu, excellent service especially from Kylie Duffield who is really professional! Popular spot for locals and visitors alike. Sensible prices and easy parking. I recommend you visit, relax and enjoy!

Found this lovely place, located just right infront of the waters. You get that nice kind of calming and relaxing feel . Food is superb. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Arrived on an extremely busy Sunday Morning & apparently its always like this but still made to feel welcome & quickly made room for us. Not your usual breakfast menu... with healthy options & a little different. Best poached eggs I've had in a very long time, Eggs Benny with wakame seasoned salad. & the other breakfast was poached eggs with a serve of sweet pumpkin, mushrooms & bacon. Mugs of dirty Chai & Cappuccino to wash it all down. Very filling breakie to set us up for our day.

Nice weather/low winds makes it such a picturesque place with the water views
