From the moment I called I knew that my caravan would be in good hands. Gary is a wealth of knowledge and goes out of his way to save his customers money. The quality of work is top notch and the customer service is the best I have come across, they kept me updated as works progressed which is so rare these days. The workshop is neat and tidy and all the staff looked happy and said g'day. A fantastic all-round business and I highly recommend them.

So after leaving last review a couple of weeks ago, we used these guys again. Our van is towing beautifully after bearings, magnet replaced, also inside roofing job well done. Gary and Amos, a very big thank you for your support and effort to resolve our air-conditioning problem.
We rang you at 3pm on Friday, you recommend we be there at 8.30 on Monday (today). Upon arriving vans were arriving left, right and centre.
We unhitch and Amos was straight onto it.
Off we went to have a cuppa.
By 9.20 we received a call that it had been fixed. Marvellous given that today's top temp was over 30. Returned, paid account, hitched up and were all set up at the Port Elliot caravan park by 11.15.
Couldn't have asked for more.
This mob is highly recommended.
If need be we will be back!

I recently had the misfortune to have no brakes on my caravan during a tour of South Australia.
I contacted Goolwa Caravan Centre and spoke with Gary who arranged to book my van in for repairs almost immediately.
The repairs were carried out in a very professional manner by one of the team who had come in to work especially for the repair.
Cannot thank them enough.

Was told repeatedly by the caravan centre I bought my van from that it didn’t have electric braking. After having issues with my brakes, these guys took one look and told me it did have electric braking after all! 10/10 on service. They helped immediately and were so nice about it. Locals helping locals.

We were having an issue with our compressor fridge and doubted we could or would get in anywhere being school holidays and Aussie day on the Friday. Rang Goolwa and was so surprised that it could be looked at the next day. Dropped off the van and spoke to the happy tech named Will who showed an interest in our issue. All fixed that day and honouring warranty.

This team has gone out of their way so many times for us.
We had an issue with our campervan (which we live in) and had called up so many places who all turned us away.
They squeezed us in last minute multiple times, helped us deal with issues with manufacturers and transport providers.
Amos, Lisa and Gary have been so friendly through it all. We really appreciate your patience and care for our situation.

We received really good service and the three issues we had with our caravan were rectified very fast and at a reasonable cost. We will definitely go back if we need any other repairs. Recommended.

All packed, sites booked, travelling companions all set, leaving in 2 days and fridge decides it does not want to work on gas. Amos was able to inspect today and fixed problem. It was a simple bad electrical connection in fridge but these faults are only simple if the technician knows their stuff. Thanks Amos.

Easy to chat with about what needs to be done and best way to approach the problem. Reasonably priced. They did a marvellous repair job on my 5th wheeler. They fixed the roof, slide out, awning, the under Hitch frame work and numerous other bits and bobs. I would certainly recommend this business.

Jim served us there and he was awesome to deal with! This company seems to have a good old fashioned service ethic which never goes out of fashion! We were treated like we meant something rather that being treated like an annoying pest just for being a customer like many places treat valuable customers these days! Highly recommend this company 👍👍

We experienced excellent on the spot service today by Amos. We pulled in to seek help because the door had come off our motorhome fridge. Despite their workshop being flat out, Amos came to look as he did not want to turn us away. Amos had it repaired within 15 minutes. We are so very grateful.

Amos and his team are so pleasant and helpful. Booked our large motorhome in to get fridge checked as not going on power. Arrived just before 8.30 and a lovely young guy came and checked what we had to get done. Next Amos was there, found our element was not working, got a new one and on our way within 30 minutes.

Had a broken caravan door handle and they had the required part amongst their very extensive range of spare parts and equipment.

Goolwa Caravan Centre sorted my TV aerial issue on short notice. They showed me what the cause was and how to remedy it if it happens again. Professional, helpful and friendly.

Called in with a failed water pump in our Avan. Thought we would have to make an appointment and come back, but Amos very kindly got straight to work and had our problem solved in no time so that we could continue on with our holiday.
