Highly recommend Dr Bala. She is a wonderful, caring , doctor who takes a holistic approach. Very grateful to have her as my doctor. Reception staff are great too. Especially Jessie. Great team.

I used to visit dr Heydari in Scott's stret medical many years ago not only did I see him as a highly developed physician with knowledge no doubt graduated top of his class but years in seasomed and the greatest compassion understanding and really diagnose what the heck was going on . I have recently moved back to Melbourne and found out my friend my doctor no longer practices in the same place well looks like an hour travel for me and I'll do it every time . This is one doc that is rare to find .

This clinic is simply unmatched. The staff are incredibly competent and efficient yet so friendly - and Dr Steven Yuan? I inherited him upon the sudden departure of my trusted gp. A couple of years later, I cannot say enough good things about this empathic, thoughtful doctor. My issues are awkward and sensitive (long term eating disorder, many oddities related snd recently another awks female issue). Moreover, I never feel rushed to play against time. Dr Steve is the standard to which others should be compared. I just hope this clinic stays as it is. Great staff. Great doctors (or great doctor).

Dr Abraham Heydari suggested PRP therapy to treat my troubled ankle, after 2 years seeing other allied health specialists with no result. 3 sessions of therapy over 6 weeks, and I am pain free and no swelling. His swift and professional approach to clinical care is outstanding.

Sometimes long phone call waits but apart from that I have seen multiple doctors and they have all been great and helpful

Twice recently I have visited this practice in a state of emergency as my usual practice ( of 30 years) could not give me an appointment for days. They are the only practice that will see you if you are not an existing patient. Both times I did not have an appointment but was seen by two highly competent and caring doctors in a very short wait time. Both times I was bulk billed.I was very impressed. Receptionists were kind and accommodating.

No hassles from my end. Every time I've wanted an appointment I've been able to get one that day. They have been pretty good when I've had a cold/flu.

Very happy considering they are one of the very few bulk billing places in the area. 😁

I have been treated by Dr. Lam at the Eltham Ridge Clinic for many years now for various ailments and conditions. I have found Dr. Lam to be an extremely professional, experienced and polite doctor. I have complete faith in his abilities and will continue to see him as long as he is practising there. I have read other reviews on this site about Dr Lam and all I can say in response to them is that in all the years I have been his patient I have always found him to be caring and professional. Having worked in health care for many years I feel that this surgey is doing a fantastic job. Some of the reviews in here do not do it justice at all. The GP I saw was kind and compassionate. There was a bit of a delay in the appointments but to me that means the Drs are ensuring all patients are getting good care.

Everytime I have been to The Ridge I have had great GPs. They are busy but seem to have time and I never feel rushed. They work extended hours and weekends so are always available when I need them Really Great Clinic

Dr Steven Yuan is the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He is very caring and compassionate and actually cares about your health.
Seeing a doctor can be intimidating as you often have to talk about subjects that are sensitive to you. He makes you feel so comfortable in opening up so he can provide you the best help possible.

I find the majority of the Dr's great! I've had a range of issues over the years, tennis elbow, deep cuts, cold/virus, heart pain..... The Dr's have been thorough and quick to get scans arranged to figure a problem out. They've stitched me up a few times, the last time I went to the hospital for stitchers I was there to 3am!

The nurses are efficient, accomodating and answer question of concern.

Talk to the receptionist's, while they are busy they are sincere & very helpful.

Its bulk bill, so you should expect to wait etc... Its real world, medicare assign's 10minutes per patient. If not good enough go pay at a non-bulk bill clinic.
If you get a Dr that doesn't seem good, book appointment with another. If you have several issues book a double appointment.

In short they are good caring people doing a tough job.

Dr Peyman Esfahani is the best GP in the town! I travel from Docklands to Eltham see him. Whenever I have any health complications in my family I know he is the one can be trusted to help.

Dr. Ahdy Girgis saw my daughter late Sunday night and was patient, kind, professional and thorough. I’m so grateful he asked her to come in following her telehealth appointment so he could assess her thoroughly. He got to the bottom of her illness in the clinic consult despite her atypical symptoms. We were able to get prescriptions filled at the pharmacy onsite and I am sure he saved us what would have ended up as a trip to Emergency or worse, because he took the time. Thank you Dr. Girgis and the team at Eltham Ridge. 🙏
