4 years on 1 of our fans is playing up snd as soon as I sent Mitch an email Robin from the store contacted me.

Great selection, service was friendly but not pushy. When I went to check out, the clerk opened the boxes and discovered that one of the lights I had grabbed off the shelf had been returned, and was missing its mounting hardware. Very glad he checked for me, he knew immediately it wasn't the right thing. Saved me a lot of wasted time!

love beacon. bought some fans and they recommended a great electrician to install them who quoted a really good price as a beacon customer.

We built 2 homes and we needed ceiling fans. Mitch the store manager was amazing and got 7 fans in for us at last minutes notice.
Months later had trouble with the way the electrician installed our fans and went in for some advice and Mitch offered to get someone to come out to help us! Was not expecting that all all! That’s what I call going the extra mile!
Have also gone in for other bits and pieces since we moved in at the end of August and all staff have been great.

I had a consultation with Brandon Conway-Rusk to put together my electrical and lighting plan for our renovations. His knowledge and attention to detail was second to none. The plan was sent to me within 24hrs and contained all the required info for me to be able to pass on to our electrician. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone renovating.
