Fantastic customer service. I wanted a certain colour pram that was on sale. I called and was greeted by the most polite man who told me he had one left and could even have it delivered that night. I ordered the pram at 1:30 pm and received it to my door at 6:30 pm. It was the best price by over $100 and included extras. Will definitely be going back to order the rest of the things we need before bub arrives.

Recently had wonderful experience shopping at BabyHi5. From the very first phone call, owner Frank was incredibly helpful and generous, helping me snag their display model of the Edwards and Co. Pram and holding it despite a lot of interest. Both him and his wife were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to pay a deposit until the following week when I received my pay check. They also assured me that the pram would fit our car seat capsule with the adapters, which it did! Will 100% continue to shop here and recommend it to my friends. Such friendly and amazing service, which you won’t find at the larger chain stores. Thanks again guys - I don't know how it’s possible to feel this way about a piece of baby gear but I truly am in LOVE with this pram!!!
