The staff were Increidbly helpful, they went right out of their way to get a particular amp for me and showed me how to use a boss gt 1000 core pedal!

Great experience dealing with World of Music. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great product range. If you are looking to purchase on line, they are the fastest delivery I have had from a music store. All around a great place for all your music needs both in store and online.

Purchased my first ever piano keyboard setup from here, and Sam went above and beyond with customer service. From helping carrying my new setup a block out to my car, to spending a good 20 minutes squeezing everything in. 100% would recommend!

I challenge you to find better service! My original purchase was driven by cost, they were the cheapest. Going forward Mitch and his team will be my preferred supplier for my audio requirements.

Mitch is an absolute legend. My daughter’s Gibraltar double-bass pedal was a day late for her birthday. The initial holdup was with the supplier, Mitch advised us and expedited the process also throwing in some complementary drum sticks. The bass pedal is sounding awesome and daughter extremely pleased. A thorough recommend!

Great experience buying a guitar here, all staff were really patient and friendly and took the time to help me choose the guitar I want. Even took the time to change a lighter set of strings for me free of charge.

I agree with other reviewers the price tags are probably a good suggestion as sometimes staff aren’t always available when it’s busy to ask for the price for each guitar.

World of Music has incredibly nice staff who are helpful and accommodating to customers' requests. As an interstate buyer of a Gibson Les Paul Junior, Tim took the time to take a video of the guitar to send to me and assured me of the quality of the product I was buying. He then proceeded to ship it the same day even though I placed the order early afternoon. Customer service can be hit and miss but this shop puts customer experience at the top of the list. I'll be buying from this store again for my future needs.

I went in to buy my first guitar yesterday, and I was served by Mitch, he was amazing, showed genuine interest in what I wanted when I am a beginner and had no idea what I needed. He provided qualified my needs/wants quickly and provided multiple options, and talked me through what would work best for me. Highly recommend Mitch and the team. Thank you for all your help!

Absolutely amazing staff! I had spoken to Mitch for two weeks prior to purchasing a new Squire Contemporary Strat and he helped me with everything. Switching from Acoustic to electric left me with no knowledge so he was extremely helpful in getting the right tool in my hands! Everyone else in the store was super friendly and helpful. Definitely my new go-to for all my guitar-needs.

I recently called and spoke with Mitch. I knew absolutely nothing but was interested in getting into guitar.
He asked me leading questions about the music I like, made some suggestions and patiently explained all of the things I didn't understand.
I ended up buying a guitar and some other items, and I'm really happy with the advice I received. I will definitely be shopping here again, they went above and beyond my expectations.

I normally shop locally as I'm in Sydney but these guys smashed it out of the park with a simple pre order. Mitch was super helpful and attentive to my questions. Shipping was fast and prompt and they have gained another interstate customer. Thankyou 🎸🤘🤘🎸

Just incredible customer service. They emailed me when I purchased something they didn’t have yet to let me know if I wanted a refund and had no issue advising me of replacements and alternatives to things I ordered. Ended up getting a Jazzmaster off them and it came in great condition.

Ripper joint! Had a great experience with these legends; Mitch looked after me, answering all questions I had. He was honest, not like someone who you know is just trying to make a sale - I was treated with respect and listened to.
I walked in considering a Martin LX1E. I wanted a 3/4 acoustic-electric for home recording projects and easy transportation to gigs, etc.

Through discussions and playing a few guitars I found the Martin Dreadnought Jr, which was my perfect match. Loving my new baby!
Mitch was informative with a great mix of knowledge, guidance and patience.
