Walked in a few weeks ago just before closing.
Knowing what we wanted they helped immediately.
The enthusiasm of the staff was fabulous (as they were doing creepy installations for Halloween)
Will definitely be back with more time to absorb everything they have!

I had to find a costume for my 5 year old who was commemorating her 100th day of Grade Prep. Not only did I find the perfect costume for her, but as well the most gorgeous staff there as well. So warm, welcoming & attentive from the get go, that I’ll definitely be going back & next time with the kids in tow who would be in absolute dress up heaven what with their incredible selection of costumes, not to mention adult costumes & fake tattoos which I just love donning. Thank you Sofi & Yvette for your wonderful service. It’s staff like you that make retail therapy one of life’s greatest pleasures.

Sofi and Evette were so helpful, friendly and wonderful! My partner and I had the best time ever trying on costumes and getting ideas from Sofi. They went out their way to get my partner a nurses outfit that fit his 6ft frame. The rental was seemless. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Thank you Evette and team for the great Kylie costume!! You guys were so helpful when choosing my costume and altering it for me! It was comfy and easy to wear (thanks to being a 2 piece outfit) and I got a lot of positive comments! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and went to the enth degree to create my grandson a headpiece to complete his costume. Thanks Krissi for all of your help and going out of your way to help him. He was so happy.

What awesome service and incredible range! A friend and I rented a couple of costumes from here for a party last weekend. Both of the ladies working at the store were so helpful and kind, and the dresses and wigs we ended up renting were gorgeous! Props again to the staff for being so lovely, their personalities lit up the shop! Will definitely be coming back if ever I need a costume again! <3

I can not recommend this shop enough! What an amazing experience, from my first step inside the shop, to leaving! Sophie was incredible! I was laughing and smiling the whole time! I was like a kid in a lolly shop with $2 back in 1980! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I spent an hour deciding on an outfit, and the girls didn’t rush me at all.. stood and chatted to me, helped me with my decision! Beautiful shop, Incredible costumes, great prices and the best bunch of staff, I’ve ever encountered! Well Done!

Sofi went to great lengths to find just the right costume for our Picnic at Hanging Rock themed photo shoot. Will definitely be coming back here when we need something else.

The layout of the store is easy enough to find what you looking for.

This is so not my thing but what wonderful service from Paige. I felt right at home. Paige sorted me out in no time. You know you have a good outfit when you wear it all night long, including wig.

The variety was good. I had options.

I then had the pleasure of meeting Sophie. Soph, you just the best.

Everything was so easy. What an absolute pleasure.

I now officially have a costume hire place.

I needed a Dolly Parton costume and Sophie delivered! I called at the last minute and the planets aligned - someone else had Dolly booked but I made it into the shop in time. I tried it on and away we went! But then just as I was about to fly to Canberra, I realised I didn’t have the wig! Sophie hand delivered it - on her day off. I could not be more impressed with this place. Will be coming here for my dress up needs forever. Also the outfit was an absolute show stealer!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars for the mere fact that they had a range of costumes (especially the ones we were looking for) and then assisted us with all the accessories. We actually travelled from the other side of town and they were very helpful, costumes were immaculate and we really did feel like superstars celebrating our birthdays! I love Dolly so it was extra special dressing up as her :) Thank you or all your help and service.

This is the best option I found online and now I know why.
I hire 2 costumes Belle and Beast. It was for a surprise party for my Gf, she couldn’t come to try on for obvious reasons so just by showing photos of her to the staff they managed to fit the costume in her perfect size!
The quality of the costumes is amazing and we looked fabulous on them.
The staff at the store and over the phone did an amazing job and treated me above expectations.
There is a massive car park next to it for customers and it’s not too far from the city.
100% recommended. I’ll be back here to hire my costumes or buy my next one.

Outstanding service, every time! Great range of costumes and sizes and really imaginative and friendly people. This is my “go to” for many years and they’ve never let me down!
