Alpine Hotel Bright

Our group of 7 dined at Tigre Vita last Thursday night.
Drink each on arrival, great.
Good selection of varied mains that all were enjoyed, entrees and desserts delicious.
Nice selection of wines.
Service was really good, considering they were under the pump with a full sitting. Our invited five guests left impressed and satisfied. Well done!

The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Their food was really good, my husband really enjoyed the perfectly cooked salmon with crispy skin, and the lamb roast was tender and delicious.

I had the best curry dinner yesterday
It was the goat korma curry so well done and full of flavour. I ate the whole meal and swept the dish with my bread. Thanks so much for your service and your hospitality.

I have stayed at the Alpine Hotel for the last 4 years during the Australia day week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant upstairs and dining on the balcony is superb. Dining downstairs was also excellent including the pizzas. Staff are great, the rooms are very comfortable and the location and proximity to shops is ideal. I have already booked in for next year.

We had snacks and drinks served by friendly staff on a hot day where it was cool inside and the rear beer garden had cooling water misters which is a great idea. Plenty of seating types available like a lounge chair area and also large tables for groups. Two pool tables and tvs playing sports and movies. Great location in centre of town. Recommend

Great pub for food. We didnt have a reservation but rocked up and managed to get sitting in the bistro. We had a lovely meal. Good portion sizes and reasonable pub prices. Beef curry was special. Tasty, spicy and a great meal. Barramundi was crispy and delicious . Would go again in a heartbeat.

With recent family and friends visiting we have had the pleasure of dining at Tigre Vita on a number of occasions. I cannot fault the food, the service and the overall dining experience.

We dined at Tigre Vita, the upstairs restaurant at the Alpine Hotel. We were celebrating a special birthday. The evening commenced with champagne on the balcony overlooking the tree lined street and a delicious local produce cheese board. We moved to the main dining room for a delightful three course dinner followed by an amazing birthday cake. The staff in the kitchen and the wait staff were all excellent, ensuring the evening was a memorable one. Thanks Alpine Hotel

Went with my family to dine in at "Tigre Vita" fine dining restaurant upstairs. I had the arincini, fungi and tiramisu. Arancini was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Pomodoro sauce tasted well with the risotto balls. Sauce was not too strong and blended well. Funghi had savory taste of mushroom. I’m amazed to find out everything was homemade.

This restaurant is disability friendly. They have elevator for wheelchair access and ambulant toilet. They were kind enough to accommodate our request for having pasta sauce on the side, as my son have sensory issues. Staff was nice and welcoming. Will definitely come back again when around Bright.

We had a had a lovely dinner at Tigre Vita on the balcony. The decor and ambiance was lovely. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We definitely would recommend.

I didn't stay there, just to store the luggage for a short time while waiting for the bus. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, had lunch wonderful staff, position in centre of town a bonus.
Bikepacker note. Great location for resupply and if you need around on the motel side is the coach service for Melbourne or upto Mt Hotham resort

We were in Bright for our 28th wedding anniversary and decided to have dinner at "Tigre Vita", and it turned out to be a good choice. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Thanks so making our night so special. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had dinner here on a Friday night and the food was good and the interior was clean and new. Service was timely.

We had a lovely meal upstairs in the restaurant. Food, cocktails and service were all great.

We’ve been twice, once for dinner and just the other day for lunch and can’t begin to say how pleased we are with the food, service, decor, the whole experience is 5 star. The best restaurant in Bright, Tiegre Vitae! Can’t wait for the spring menu. Although there is more to try on the winter offerings.
For a fine dining experience you just can’t do any better in the NE of Victoria!

My family and I came here one night while staying in Bright without a reservation and we managed to get a table. Our waitress was so lovely and really made us feel welcome. The food was great, their parmas are pretty huge which is how I personally prefer them to be. Good selection of drinks too and their cocktails were divine!

Tigre Vita balcony dinner for 4 couldn’t be faulted. Food, staff, surrounds & pricing were excellent. Will go again & again.

Service was great, meals were lovely. Very enjoyable atmosphere and you were extremely busy with the Rod Run in town for the weekend. Definitely be back

I am a local resident in Bright. I came to 'Tigre Vita', the upstairs restaurant at the Alpine Hotel, for dinner with my husband and three friends. From the minute we walked in we attended to immediately. The food, and service was impeccable! The food was served timely, and no request was a bother. We had one slight complaint (not even worth mentioning on a review) which was more than rectified on our departure. Would highly recommend coming here, especially for a 'special occasion'. We cannot wait to come back again!
