The Bridal Atelier

My sister came over from NZ and I scheduled an appointment at TBA for her. We were running late, so a little bit stressed when we arrived 20 minutes later than intended. Maddie was amazing and made us feel so welcome. We loved our appointment and Maddie's expertise and warmth had such a big impact on my sister who had been feeling quite nervous and not super happy with how she was looking. There was a great range of dresses/styles. Maddie listened to what my sister wanted and completely understood the brief! The time flew by and was so much fun. My sister is feeling a whole lot more positive about herself and how she looks in a wedding dress.
I have made a follow up enquiry/appointment and have been communicating with Ally who has been wonderful. I can't rate TBA and the team there highly enough.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Ashley was so kind and friendly and made the experience much more enjoyable than I thought it would be! She was great at choosing dresses that I may never have initially chosen for myself but ended up really liking them.
I've just dropped a star as I thought the glass of wine offered was poured quite short. Given there's a $50 charge to try on dresses here, a normal sized pour for me and my girlfriends would have been lovely!

The Ruedeseine gowns were lovely. The service and welcome were less then warm on what should be a memorable experience. Considered flying to Sydney to the only other Australian stockist. Subsequently a day later bought a dress From a boutique where the staff were amazing and the experience was indulgent. It’s all part of the process and the bridal atlier missed the mark on customer service.

I've been left high and dry 3 weeks before my wedding with no dress. My dress has been paid for in full, but the shop has gone bust. Such an incredibly awful experience. Good riddance.

Paid in full for my dream wedding gown, I found out this evening the company has gone bust with communication coming from a lawyer. And they never passed my details or money onto the supplier and the dress was not ordered. What a joke of a business, words cannot express my disappointment and heartbreak over losing so much money and also time to find a new dress before my wedding. You have taken advantage of innocent people and then run away like a coward, I hope the owner reads this - you should be ashamed.

have just been notified this morning the business has folded and has permanently shut. I was lucky enough to only have a consultation this weekend which has obviously been canceled but not liking my chances of receiving the consult fee back. all socials & website have been shut down so not a great look for this company, i feel extremally sad for anyone waiting for a dress from them, i'm lucky i've dodged a bullet by the sounds of it

Awful experience, cold initial reception, very negative and borderline mean with advice.
This was far from the experience our bride deserved and I would avoid this shop at all costs, save your self esteem.

As a bride to be, my heart goes out to all the brides who have had their weeks destroyed by you. I am ashamed to have ever modelled for this company.
You are a coward and I hope you’re reading this.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. What an absolute joke of a company. No wonder it folded.
