A truely terrific place to shop for wines from around the globe. This place is a gem and feels like Aladdin’s Cave as the shop is full to the brim with wine.

I’ve popped in a few times, the owner is extremely nice, helpful and is genuinely very knowledgeable about the products in the store.

I’ve recently completed an online order over the phone. Absolutely seamless. If I’m not in the area, I’d order online again without hesitation.

When I pop in next I’ll take some vids/pics. A truely wonderful experience and well worth making your favourite place when you require wines. A great find, and because I’m not local, but they treat me like a local that’s a pretty good feeling. Thank you again.

Great wine store that has a awesome range of wines from Australia and overseas. The online store is easy to use and browse through great selection of wines at a click of a button.
The customer service is excellent here and I was able to change my shipping method to pick up from delivery after placing the order the day before! Chris at Cloudwines was able to make these changes before the wine order was ready for pick up and he was to reimburse the shipping cost for me as well! Now that's service!
I'll be definitely be placing more wine orders at Cloudwines in the future!

Thanks Cloudwine for the prompt delivery of our favourite Prosecco: Pizzini. Pizzini is not always available at the bigger outlets and I’ve just ordered another dozen bottles for Christmas which was dispatched in a few days. Great job Cloudwine Cellars!

Brilliant secret wine store nestled at the quite end of Clarendon street. Extensive selection with excellent service. You will find that meal pairing you are looking for here. Prepare to be delighted.

I was joined up to a wine subscription by my wife last year and have LOVED each box arriving. So much so, I've created my own box in between orders! And, when I mistakenly ordered a half bottle, I was called up the next day to clarify my order. Wonderful service, always knowledgeable and I'll be putting my next order in soon!

I have been ordering wines online from Cloudwine Cellars for some years now and have always been happy with both the wine and the service. They have an excellent selection including many great wines from small local vineyards that you won't find anywhere else. Very reasonably priced and great value. The orders are always delivered on time and without fault. I highly recommend Cloudwine Cellars.

I love going in and asking Geoffrey (and the team) for their recommendation. I am yet to be let down! Also, it is amazing that more often than not, the bottle is cheaper than that of the large liquor stores. Love that this is our local!

I was filming in this establishment as part of a wine series pilot recently. Why were we here, you may ask? Well, I was told it's one of the best stocked wine stores in Melbourne. Agree. The seriously good advice you get from the bloke behind the counter is also amazing. I recommend.

They have a great variety of European wines and is one of the few places with good ones from Portugal.

I went to dinner at The Railway Hotel in Port Melbourne last night and had an amazing wine called Wild Duck Creek Yellow Hammer Hill Shiraz/Malbec. This morning I looked up where I might be able to purchase this lovely wine. The winery's website was not user friendly and you couldn't actually order directly, so, I found it available at Cloudwine online for a really reasonable price so I ordered some. The wine was delivered in a few hours and it was very well packed. I wll definitely be ordering from Cloudwine in the future...great experience!

Interesting to note that an aimless wander, in 2009, around the suburb where I had a rental apartment (South Melbourne), led to the discovery of Cloudwine Cellars.

I have been a customer ever since and you provide a really unique product with personable service, excellent knowledge and delicious wines. You provide a great platform for the smaller wineyards to display their wares in a boutique setting, different from mass market wines.

This store should be on the 'must see' sights when visiting Melbourne

I’ve ordered twice from Cloudwine. The first time, I received the order in Brisbane in just a couple of days despite the pandemic. The second time, the order went missing. It was likely the courier’s fault but Chris at Cloudwine immediately offered to rectify at their cost. Impeccable service and excellent wines.

Honestly my favourite wine shop in Australia. Tempt yourself and be guided by the sommeliers suggestions based on your preferences. You’ll leave the shop not only knowing more about wine, but with a box of absolutely stunning varietals to immerse yourself in over a long dinner or lunch! Zoe is a brilliant sommelier and is always looking to guide people beyond their normal selections!
