Ocean Beach Yoga

Maggie is a wonderful caring human and yoga teacher (offered great variations to cater for my hip & neck ailments). We did 2 classes during a holiday & highly recommend. The location is picturesque & the nearby St Andrew’s Beach is great pre or post yoga for meditation or a walk

One of my favorite parts of being back in Sorrento over the summer. We spend 2 weeks here from LA over the festive period and Maggie and her teams classes are always a highlight. A gorgeous setting and lovely studio. No better way to start our day 🥰😎🇦🇺

Amazing yoga studio. Best I have been to, the views from the studio were incredible. I purchased the 1 week pass as I was visiting for the week and the range and availability of classes were great. Maggie was such an amazing teacher and held an incredible space, I felt so welcomed and safe in the class. Would absolutely visit if ever I was in Sorrento again.

I joined the Sunday yoga retreat and we started with good old fashioned hard work in a Bikram class. We cooled off with a dip in the ocean followed by a delicious lunch, a walk to the cliff top, a relaxing yin yoga class and a blissful sound bath session. What can I say, Maggie put on a perfect day :-)

I had an incredible week at Ocean Beach Yoga. Maggie and team welcomed myself and my husband to the beautiful space where we immediately felt at peace. The classes were accessible for someone with limited yoga experience and I walked away feeling completely at rest and excited to return the next morning.

I love Ocean Beach Yoga. It is a beautiful space right on the edge of the National Park. If this wonderful space isn't calming enough (and its is) , Maggie and all her team move you into a range of calming classes that will have you leaving the session as if you are floating on a cloud. Such a wonderful way to start, or finish (try the Yin class), the day. Highly recommended.
On line classes offered during lockdown. Yay.

Offers everything you want in a yoga studio. Ambience is soothing, the views of the national park are incredible, the Heated classes are nurturing and all the teachers are fantastic.
