Staff member I met with was very welcoming and eagerly showed me all the functions of their chairs before giving me an opportunity to try them all out for myself. I loved that there was very little discussion about price and there was no price listed on the chairs. The experience really was more about finding the right chair for you. The only unfortunate bit for me was once I got home ready to place my order online my chosen model was out of stock, but I'm sure I'll love it once I can make an order.

It was a well managed session for experiencing the Steelcase ergonomic chair line-up. Derrik was super helpful in exlapining pros and cons of the models and guided through all of those patiently. Highly recommended going there before making the purchase online.

Totally recommend this business - and the opportunity to look around the showroom and test drive the chairs. The salesperson was open, friendly and gave great advice without being pushy. My purchase, while expensive as chairs go, felt tailor made to my requirements.

The Think chair by Steelcase is solidly built, easy to use and looks much better than most office chairs. The mesh back should be ideal for warm weather and gives the chair a see-through quality, which I like. The adjustable arm rests can be moved into the right position easily. The whole product feels reliable and well designed.
