Free 2H parking upstairs.
A sign at the ramp for parking lets you know how many spaces are available upstairs.

it’s not big, as a typical Aldi but located in a great location surrounded by south Melbourne market and Woolworths and other shops

It was clean, not crowded with free parking.
We visited on weekend.

Good price for products for animals. Better and cheaper than other similar supermarkets

I bought a few groceries here and found the selection really good and the quality exceptional.

Check out the trolley token-- American Aldi needs to step up it's game! (I can't tell if these would work in the states. Here you get your same cart back. In the stores I shop in the states you get the cart of the person on front of you.)

Same old Aldi, the 2 hours parking helps a lot.

Conveniently located Aldi in South Melbourne.
Some products are cheaper in compare to other shops like Coles or Woolworth (depends if they have specials like half price).
I also like the weekly specials, every now and then I can find something cheap and useful.

Like a Hermit Crab I swap my box as I traverse the store picking up ever more. Always more than was on the list. And at the end I strategise my checking out. I plan out my box stack, mirror it and lay it on the travelator, spaced with intent to so the clerk is slow when I need him to be as I stack the more difficult to place items. I play the game of Aldi hard. And. I. Always. Win. Except last time when I forgot to pack my paw paw lip balm. But I don't think that was my fault.

Very good products excellent choice of products and responsible prices free parking for 2 yours is a bonus the only fault that they could improve on is they should over a longer hold on large items once you have paid for them in full they should nice you at least 48 hours to arrange pick up at the moment they only give you 1till the next day I have lost many items as I could not organise pick up quick enough that’s the only thing that I believe was unreasonable as the product is fully payed for surely they could give you some time to arrange transport on big furniture items !

Big store with everything you need. Good quality and reasonable price. Save a lot of money in comparison to Woolworths and Coles. Much better quality, too. Really enjoy ALDI.

Thankyou to the security guard that was on last night. He helped me get my car out of the car park. I would've been screwed otherwise. He was so friendly about it too. Thankyou Sir!

Great parking, good location and a well stocked store. The staff are always busy, helpful and nice.

This Aldi store is great for visits if you're in the area. There's on-street parking, albeit quite limited in both quantity and time, but there's plenty of 2-hour parking above Aldi which gives you access to Aldi, and the rest of the local shopping district.

The Aldi itself has a great selection of fresh fruit and vege plus the usual Special Buys promotional items that draw most people into the store on Wed and Sat.

The store is nice and bright and there are plenty of checkouts to get you back on the road.

Great little supermarket with excellent quality fresh produce (vegetables and fruit), as well as friendly staff and good prices. The special one-off items for sale in the middle of the store often include great products. E.g. the saucepans and Dutch oven I bought earlier in the year are the best I've owned (despite being 1/10th the price). I used to shop mainly at Coles or Woolworths in South Melbourne, but Aldi is now my favourite.

Very convenient to shop here. Easy parking and up to 2 hours free. Parking can be quite busy on the market days though
