The difference with this pharmacy is it genuinely feels like they take a personal interest in your life and your needs and show a caring nature. Like protecting ‘family’ in a way. Very cool pharmacy. Always great service and accommodate almost all your needs. Always friendly staff, to me anyway.

I had my Covid vaccinations here at Amcal. Megan, Frank & the other staff were really friendly and thorough, taking all the time needed to answer my questions and ensure the appointment ran smoothly. A great local business to support. Highly recommend!

Love a local family run business that can get you a covid vax booking straight away. They genuinely care, they take more time with you than a busy GP! Brilliant experience, couldn't recommend more highly.

Healthcare is a personal thing, and you should feel as though you're being treated like a person, by a person (not just another sale for a business). Having previously relied on Megan and Frank at AMCAL Lilydale for routine healthcare needs, I knew not to hesitate when requiring my 1st and 2nd AZ COVID vaccinations. Megan stepped me through the entire process in a calm and informative manner (much more than can be said for the other means with which to obtain your vaccinations). The best pharmacy in the area hands down. The staff remember you, they are caring, compassionate and its so handy with the Medical Clinic, pathology and onsite nurse at the rear.
