BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Box Hill

Visited BCF Boxhill for the first time today as not our local one.Shop was located within the mall. We collected a caravan floor mat that was out of stock and only available there. When checking out we were served by lovely Richard who chatted with us and made our experience a friendly one. Thanks Richard for your great service ,great price and we will make the drive to your store again A++

Didn’t know what fishing reel to buy my boyfriend for his birthday... Spoke to Zac who helped me out! Was super patient with me and his knowledge was a great help! My boyfriend loved it. Thanks Zac!

Some JUNKIE slapped my new fish shoes out of my hands in the parking lot. he smacked me in the mouth with them. the little fella then proceeded to tell me that he was arresting me. when i asked why he said i looked 'fishy'. what a clown. hopefully bcf can get me the Bream fish flip flops for free, as mine now have mud on them and are torn in half. also this hooligan danced to the song 'fishy on me' while doing the floss. their are no fishys on me feet though. Bob, if your reading this, i shall find you and tickle your phalanges. be warned

One of my go to shops for my fishing gear. Cam was very helpful with advice on which lightweight fishing rod to buy. I’m loving my Shimano Raider. Shimano reliability and the classic style fisho cork grips. Very light and sensitive. Great choice, well done Cam and the team.

Lovely service, friendly lady behind the counter greeted me with gusto on entry. Had what I needed with a straight forward layout. Would go back again

Considering the size of this store they have a great range with almost everything you’d need. The guys that work there are great too and go to lengths to make sure you get what you need

One of the attachments on my XTM compressor broke so I went to BCF in Box Hill looking for a replacement part. They didn't have the spare part but offered to replace the entire product since it's still under warranty. I didn't expect an entire new product because of a small fault so I was extremely happy with the service. It was all handled quickly on the spot as well.

Great place. Went and bought a inflatable boat and staff were awesome. A special thanks to Zack who went above a beyond and helped me take the 50Kg inflatable to the car and help me load it. Exceptional customer service. Best shopping experience on a long time.

Had Can serve me and my mum for a pair of sunnies. He was extremely helpful and professional and would recommend him for anyone who needs help in anything. Good work Cam

Bought our first family tent, mattresses and sleeping bags in this store. The staff members approached us and helped me select tent and reminded me of the correct sizes of sleeping bags. They were all very nice.

Shoutout to Richard who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I was wanting to buy a 4p instant up tent but not sure if I would be able to do this by myself. Richard took the time to show me how to fully assembled and take down. Great service

I had a very frustrating situation with the new reel I purchased from BCF and the squid jigs which were also bought at this store.

My fishing experience was destroyed after I lost 3 squid jigs trying to cast out the jigs off the pier, the reel kept on locking the bail into place halfway through the cast and I just watched my jig fall off into the water!!

The blessing was being assisted by Richard at the store here in BCF. He was extremely helpful and left me in a very happy mood at the end of my visit. Thank you very much for this BCF store helping me to get back to my much loved fishing experience.

This was my first time in a BCF store. I had looked online for a few things I needed and at the first opportunity I visited the store. There was good stock of what I needed and also good choice of products. I was able to browse just long enough before someone came up to assist. The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will return as I spotted a few other things I would like and also for a more leisurely browse. Thank you.

First time shopping at BCF. Went into the Box Hill store last weekend looking for a fridge freezer and a gazebo. Fridge was not in stock but Zac who served me arranged to get one in. Received a call less than a week later to say it had arrived. Picked it up this morning and was served by a awesome young woman. She was polite and friendly and the entire experience was 5 star. I’ll be back:)

Very friendly and knowledge staff, great service. I bought a rob two days ago and saw somewhere cheaper, they did price match and refunded the difference. Highly recommend
