Bunnings Box Hill

I was assisted by a 15-year-old Mitchell who was a year 10 student working at Bunnings on 3 May 2024, shortly before the store closed. In an emergency situation, Mitchell helped me locate the correct water hose cap even though there was no plumbing specialist present in the store! Mitchell is very helpful, willing to learn, humble, and takes the initiative to solve problems! Mitchell, I told you in the shop that your parents must be very proud of you. I meant to say, "we are all proud of you because you are incredibly helpful, honest, and hardworking." Best wishes for both the study and the work!

My husband and me took our door to Bunnings. To get the right color for our old door,the painting staff called Nicholas Touro spent lots of time to try to get the right color to make it perfect. I called Box Hill store to enquire about a specific product . Katie Connor helped me over the phone - very patiently. She went out of her way to assist me with what could have been a difficult request . She researched my product query and said she would call me back. She reliably did this. She was efficient, knowledgeable, patient, kind and reliable. I am writing this review to acknowledge this excellent service . Also, is my second visit to this Bunnings and I had good help the first time I was there, this does not seem a one off. I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Bill, who works in the kitchens department at Bunnings. I recently purchased a Kaboodle laundry and was lucky to have him assist me in designing my home. Bill went above and beyond, dedicating at least an hour of his time to ensure I had the perfect layout. What truly stood out was his kindness – he even offered me his tarp when he noticed rain clouds looming, as I had a trailer with me. Bill's attention to detail, dedication, and thoughtfulness made my experience at Bunnings truly amazing. Thank you, Bill, for your outstanding service!

While the item we were looking for wasn't there, the staff member went out of his way to look for it, and when he couldn't find it in Box Hill, he checked other stores and arranged to have one out on hold and waiting in the pick up bay for us.

Massive store, they have everything you need. Top staff who know what they're doing. Somehow they all seem to have memorised the contents of each aisle! The can generally point you in the right dirrection when you can't find something.

Very big store, well presented and very tidy. Trade desk staff are very helpful & accommodating.

At Bunnings 7:30am this morning ....in the paint department.
