I came to look for a tent and staff was extremely helpful. The Staff member was happy to show me how to pack/unpack one of their instant tents.
The store had a real family friendly vibe too.
I've shopped with these guys while visiting France too and their customer service has been positive through and through. Definitely recommend a visit.

I was so pleased when Decathlon came to Australia as it was missing here. This store in Box Hill is better then most especially with the prices, as they are often not clearly indicated. The staff is nice and present but not annoying. The choice is good and if you need more go online.

Got my 8 year old a great value bike with front suspension and 7 gears. The best thing about Decathlon is their aftersales service. All transactions are logged in your account in their system. Any teething issues get sorted, just take it back to store. Such a great friendly helpful team. Made all rectifications super easy!

Came into decathlon box hill as I was looking for a backpacking backpack. As this was my first time purchasing this type of product I was not really too sure on the size of the backpack I needed. Mark was very kind and helpful, and went out of his way to assist me and was more than happy to let me try it on and even put some weight in the bag to let me get a feel for the product. He gave me some really helpful information about the backpack and showed me all the great features of the bag. Thanks for the great help!

Just passed by Decathlon Box Hill after our breakfast. Decathlon is a decent universal sporting goods shop. My child tried on the bicycles and scooters to see which ones suit her best. She had good time. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who love sports.

Walk in box hill store had a broken pole from a tent purchased.. Nathan (manager) assisted but not much knowledge and left after only spending 5mins to assist his colleague.. but as I was leaving the store SMIT stoped and asked assisted me further.. his knowledge of the product is great help and I ended purchasing the replacement pole for my tents.
