Officeworks Box Hill South

Actually I had a difficulty in activating office 365 package since product key wasn’t on the purchased card.i visited the store three times to get this and contacted customer support line 3 times but failed. Office works customer care hot line sucks.But Mr.Ross in boxhill south office works did a fantastic job to get this to me. It is an exceptional customer service. I appreciate the boxhill south office works as a team.Its a good team. But exceptionally grateful to Mr. Ross.Thanks.

Went it with a huge drama relating to a mesh router. It was escalated to Gary and Kaden. They were legends. They were open minded and listened. Actually prob the best service and solution focus I’ve received in the last decade!!! Thx guys.

Thank you Cindy from the printing counter for her excellent and friendly service today. All whist being abused by an impatient customer trying to skip ahead of the line. She handled the whole situation so well, and went above and beyond to complete my printing tasks for me!

They are very friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. With the number of staff, there will always be one or two odd ones out but in general they are great. The whole team deserves a 5 star, although I agree with another reviewer that Cindy deserves a special mention for being thorough and efficient, while at the same providing excellent customer service.

Called to ask about stock for a certain type of printer ink and it was unfortunately out of stock in-store. A couple of minutes later I received a very helpful call back from Georgia saying that the XL type of the same printer ink was still available! Super nice of her to go out of her way and do that as I did need to print a whole bunch of things that day. Give this lady a pay rise!

Very friendly and helpful staff at the printing station. I struggled to print my photos at the self serve printer. When asked for help, the staff member was very polite, helped me navigate through the different options and get my photos printed. If your USB is not detected by the self serve machines, the staff have a spare USB and they transfer your images into it for you.

Ι often visit Officeworks for printing school book activities and this time i gave them a lot of work, printing a few books for our students.
When i was there to collect the books, Cindy told me that all the printing books are for free of charge cause they are for educational purposes!
I thought that i didn't understand well what she mentioned to me cause my English are not good at all but she was correct, i didn't pay even a cent from the total amount.
Also i would like to say that Cindy was really polite and helpful all the times that i was visit the store.
I would like to thank you again Cindy and Cameron.
