Kitchen Warehouse Box Hill

A good size store selling kitchen and household products. It is bright, well decorated and has a big range of products. I went in just to look for a chopping board and didn't have time to linger. The staff on the phone and in the store were super helpful. They even gave me tips on how to maintain the chopping board. The store gave me very good vibes and I would definitely return to have a wander and look at the huge range of products.

Great range of products as well as some items I haven't seen in any other stores. New big bright store in the old Masters Warehouse building. Easy to move around in as there is more room to move around in than other typical stores of this type. If you are in a wheelchair, pushing a pram etc, much easier to get around in without worrying about bumping something over. I had an issue with an electrical item I bought in the Moorabbin store and they cheerfully changed it over for a good one.

Thought we had a problem with our Magimix, took it here and the store person was extremely helpful. Cost nothing but earned this five star review!

Excellent service. I bought an item via click and collect. Communication was thorough and I was given regular notifications on the status of my order. The pick up schedule was exactly as they told me. I was met by a friendly staff member who was able to get my item to me with a minimum of fuss.
Other business just struggle with this process for some reason but Kitchen Warehouse nail it. Keep up the good work!

Great experience shopping from here. I got a dinner set, a cooking set and a couple of cutlery and containers. Fil was absolutely awesome showing us the product range we were looking for and offering suggestions. Will definitely shop from here again soon.

Best place ever!!!!!! I was so surprised at all the products they stock, some of them were items I’d been drooling over on websites but couldn’t buy them because of excessive postage fees; if I’d known they were available at Kitchen Warehouse I would’ve gone there much sooner. The staff are all so incredibly friendly too, I highly recommend this beautiful store.
