The people from Wynnum Facebook group recommended this place as one of the best seafood place in the area, and they were right!
The chips are the proper thick chips that you get from fish and chips stores, the fish and crumbed seafood is delicious!!
The crumb they used have a nice seasoning and flavour to it and different from other places I been to.
The lovely people that works there are very friendly!
The prices are very affordable as well.
This place now has become my favourite place to go for seafood!
Highly recommend anyone to come here! :)

I live in Los Angeles California. I live in Manly/Wynnum 6 months out of each year, and can't wait to get back to have my fish and chips at the corner shop. I can't get barramundi in the U.S., and each time I get back I order the barramundi, chips well done and 4 sea scallops. I've never been disappointed, as the size of the order is always bigger and better than any other fish and chip around. Great Job Mate!

I am not a local but i personally come here to get some of the best burgers,chips,Pluto pups. They have the nicest customer service and are always kind happy and polite. Never have to wait long to get our food.

I’ve been here several times and have not ordered the same thing as there are variety to choose from. My fave are their home made pineapple fritters, potato scallops, the fish and chips ( of course ). What I like also is you can see everything you ordered being cook, the place is clean and food is always fresh. The staff are friendly. There’s plenty of parking

Best fish and chip shop in Brisbane. Always get a delicious and fresh satisfying feed at a decent price. The owner and the people working there are also always so friendly.

Great friendly service, got served even though they were packing up. Had chips, potato scallop and dogwood dog, best I have had in a while. Chips crispy and tasty, dogwood dog and potato scallop batter great, cooked all the way through and crunchy.

We ordered here over the phone and our order for 6 was ready in 15minutes. Very quick. The Cod pieces were on the large scale and $7 chips easily fed 6 people. Will definitely be buying from them again for a quick, cheap fish and chip meal. Servers were slightly hard to understand but that is part of Australian culture. Very reasonably priced.

It's easy to see why they get such good reviews. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic.

This fish and chip shop has been here for years, and thankfully, still does fish and chips the way I remember from when I was a kid. The uncooked food is in the chiller cabinet so you get an idea of what you are getting when you order, the prices are pretty good value, there is a good variety of things available (fish, chips, burgers, stuff like that) and they have a drink fridge with a decent selection of cold beverages (including my favourite golden circle tropical punch soft drink!)
I'm really happy that there is still somewhere that does fish and chips the way it should be done, its just unfortunate that we live a long way away so we cant come as often as we would like.

Very good little place. Fast, friendly and well priced. Everything was cooked in clean fresh oil, the chips were nice thick cut chips that didn't look or taste like from the freezer. The fish was fresh and coated in a good homemade batter, not over cooked like most places. Burger was home made With fresh salad. Look forward to returning

We have tried these guys a few times now and have found their burgers ate pretty good and chips are well cooked and not soggy like others can be. There is usually a wait around main meal times, however, this to me shows it is a good place to grab some burgers or fish and some chips. They also have the usual side dishes to choose from to add to your meal. Good selection of drinks as well. Staff are nice and friendly and shop always looks neat and clean. Well worth checking them out for a meal.

On the outside this place looks like your regular fish and chip shop. The honest truth is it's beyond your regular one. The food is absolutely incredible! The chips always cooled perfectly and don't even get me started on how crispy the potato scallops are! As a guy who has worked in numerous restaurants I can safely say they use fresh oil and clean oil on a regular basis! So many fish and Chip shops I have been to and everytime it's the same issue of soggy oily food. We recently tried this place a few weeks ago and we haven't stopped coming here. The fish battered or crumbed comes out crispy not oily and is sensational to the very last bite! With a big market of fish and Chip shops in this area that we have tried this is hands down the best one! Staff are very welcoming and friendly! Portion size is huge for what you pay! And the fact they have multiple in-house made items it's extremely awesome! If you're in the area with your family it's worth getting your lunch from here and taking it to the water! And if you're a local I encourage you to try this place!

Also no matter how busy they are they still manage to get food out at an incredible speed! To spend your money at the waterfront ones where the markups are high due to location for average fish and chips! This place is worth going to and taking it down to the water. Have not had a disappointing experience there and doubt I ever will! If ever you do though the management and staff or so wonderful that I'm sure they will correct whatever it is and you will be a long term customer like I forever will be! Please don't stop doing what you guys do and please never sell and leave! I have finally found a decent fish and chip shop!

Good & friendly customer service. Quick and efficient meal preparation.
Crumbed fish & chips were very tasty.
Finding a parking spot close by can be a challenge during peak times due to the limited number of car park spots that are shared with other businesses. Best bet is to come early and enjoy great fish & chips.
