Matty’s meals are amazing! I love eating the food from Theresa’s bliss because not only is it delicious, but Matt is a bigger health nut then me (and that’s saying something) so I know I’m getting only good nutrients!

The meals are just amazing! Theresa’s bliss is my go to when the family has been feeling a bit run down as it’s so nutritious but also absolutely delicious! It’s especially handy if I know my partner and I are having a big week at work because it’s as simple as reheating and no dishes which is always a plus for a busy family! Our fave is the beef brisket - so juicy and full of flavour.

If you’re thinking about whether you should try these meals- 100% do it! We have been so impressed. The meals are delicious and feel so wholesome knowing you’re eating quality, balanced ingredients, made with a lot of thought and love. As a Mum, these have been a life saver for busy days and my kids love them too! The meats are sooo tender. The meal packs would be the PERFECT postpartum gift for new parents. Theresa's Bliss is absolutely amazing, no other 'ready made' meal company could compare. We have ordered through Matt many times before, but most recently using the Post-partum pack. We organised this before having bub and let me tell you it's been an absolute game changer. Not only the convenience of just being able to heat up the meal (new bub means not much spare time to be cooking a meal of this quality!), but also the comfort in knowing that the food going into my body after having a baby is of high nourishment and nutrition.

My husband and I have been getting a 10 pack of Matt’s meals every week since just after our daughter was born (she is now 4!). Not only are they convenient for lunches or nights we don’t have time to cook but they are delicious, high quality and filling and one of the only meals we know our kids will devour without a fuss. I am a mum of 5yo twins, I find that Theresa’s Bliss gives me all of the nutrients that I need in a daily diet. If I’m still hungry I tend to have more vegetables or carbs to keep me going as I exercise quite regularly and never find the time to cook for myself. I highly rate the meals!! So delicious.

These meals are better than any of the pre-made meals and meal kits i've ever tried in every aspect. Superior to lite n easy, superfood meals, muscle meals, you foodz, marley spoon, dienamic, chefgood, macros my muscle chef, thomas farms and hello fresh. My favourite thing about these meals is they taste so fresh and don't upset my overly-sensitive gut. I consider this is because of the quality of ingredients and cooking processes. The meals also have great macros so they are easy to track as well. The meals are complimented with amazing customer service, super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Am jumping on this train quickly, a few of my friends are using the meal prep services of Teresa's Bliss and they are saving time, money & practically have a personal chef in their kitchen! Terrific for business owners who usually eat poorly. Highly recommended.
