I recently had the pleasure of visiting BWS Croydon, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.

One aspect of my visit that truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Bridgitte, one of the staff members. Bridgitte went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries and help me find the perfect selection of beverages for my gathering. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my choices.

Overall, my experience at BWS Croydon was fantastic, thanks in large part to Bridgitte's exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for a great selection of beverages and outstanding service.

I bought some craft beer that was on special but unfortunately it was not right. I rang and there was no issue. They happily swopped it over. Thanks will shop there again.

Did a click and collect of an item I bought online. The process of collecting in store was very very quick and the bloke behind the counter was very friendly.

Absolutely hopeless. Order online and get confirmation it's ready for collection then turn up and they have no idea where it is and can't find it. Very bad service.
