Whenever I walk into a Reject Shop, it’s never easy to find something you’re looking for. This is the first time I’ve walked into a Reject Shop and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the guy working there, Clayton, was especially helpful. He was very knowledgeable on all his products; recommending items to me that I might need. Clayton did it in such a way that he wasn’t pushy at all. He listened to what I was after, and helped me find exactly what it was, and then some. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Clayton, you’re a rockstar mate.

Fantastic, above and beyond customer service. Clayton (worker) offered to help me carry my items to the cash register, he also offered to assist me to my car to unload. I had to buy lots of cat food and cat litter for my parents to care for our cat for two months. Without my asking, his service was seamless, responsive and very polite. I had my two pre-schoolers with me and he saved me a couple of trips to the car.

Their greatest selling power isn't the prices. It's the random friendly elderly customers who come up and give unsolicited advice on products you wernt even looking at.
So of course I'm going home with 3 packs of chocolate I had absolutely no plans on buying 😅😅

Excellent. Bigger inside than it looks. Has everything you'd expect and more. I could've spent a LOT of money here. Substitutes for my $2 shop obsession while other retail is shut. 😊

What's not to like about The Reject Shop👍the prices are cheaper than the Op Shops. I haven't been to this Regect Shop for about 8 yrs and I found it very well organised. The Christmas items are excellent prices. The shop is sort of tucked away in Arndale Shopping centre, their is a Safeway nearby, a chemist. The parking is great. And they have Afterpay! Finally the staff are friendly which is always a bonus on our lives. Cheers

Absolutely fantastic, l went in for some socks, but ended buying some more goodies that were marked down from $9 to only $2

Good cheap odds and ends. Friendly, helpful staff. Bought plastic storage tubs at a low price.

The Reject Shop has a great variety of products at amazing prices.
I particularly like the range of greeting cards, cleaning products and picture frames.

In ISO lockdown and moving into a new house it was a great place to get incidentals like dustpan and brush coat hangers toilet brush etc

Prices are low and the improved store layout is makes shopping a lot more efficient. Will definitely go pack

The reject shop is one of my favorite shops, awesome prices and they often sell items at great prices that you don't commonly see anywhere else... Always great for a browse and a bargain

Always the best why pay $7 for deoderant when you can pay $3 at the reject shop i love this shop always a bargain

A bit low on stock at the moment but I am sure that will improve after lockdown.
