We have been with Cheers Realty Brisbane for five years. The team members are highly professional, fair, and supportive. We have been really lucky to work with them. We rented a house at Eight Mile Plains and really felt at home there. We have never felt under pressure of inspections or excessive unnecessary control. The move out process was pleasant and easy. Only positive emotions and memories are left behind.

Been with Cheers now for 8 years and just extended another year , during this 8 year period I've almost met everyone on the team there , and they are all good and very fair to deal with , especially Vera what an awesome person !! Forget the rest Cheers are the best 👌👌❤

Tony and the team are amazing. They went above and beyond their call of property management. We wanted to be in quickly when beginning our new tenancy, he stayed till late at night making sure everything was perfect for us to move in immediately. (I was being super impatient). They respected us as tenants and allowed us to live as if it was our very own home. I can honestly say we never had a single issue with any aspect of their services.

If you are looking for a change of agent or looking to rent through them, do not hesitate for a moment longer…. These are your team!!

We've just moved out of a rental property managed by Cheers, and found them excellent. Michelle, our property manager was easy to deal with. Helpful, prompt and responsive. Maintenance requests were sorted quickly and she got straight onto the search for new tenants when we needed to break the lease, which helped us minimise costs. We're really pleased with the service we got from Cheers.

My wife and I have worked with Ben, his brother Danny and now Vera Lin in sourcing Tenants for us over the last 5 or 6 years.
