Even though they are a little IGA, they have a huge range of products. Everything from greeting cards, toys, coffee mugs and gifts to all the food items for a quick top up. And they are a Newsagent as well!

I am coming to IGA for 5 years now never have bad experience but on 25/4/2024 on 1:00. I bought multigrain bread 5 minutes ago come to change it to whole meal bread.
But staff told me they can not change bread once it get out from store. This is against customer policy. You can’t force to take your product back. The bread was sealed pack
The staff was Veer and Tina.
Looting customer and then doing charity wound not give you anything. Selfish owner

What a pathetic excuse. Being there for money transfers because of western union advice to visit in-store but the store people were not even ready to work. Useless service by useless people

29 October, around 9 pm , the girl at counter totally need to get some tips for customer service. And also they have no bags left , I bought 6 items, how a person can carry items home without bag ? Not any type of help from girl. She was more busy about in phone rather then helping customers.

Prices in the Iga are way more higher then other iga . Zero star for service.

Worst experience , would give 0 star if I could . The girl working tonight just wouldn’t let us and other customers access to the cold drink fridge because she had mopped it a while back. The floor was dry but she was persistent and rude that she wouldn’t give us the cold drink. Definitely not coming back for the worst customer service.
