I am extremely happy with Fortress Training for teaching me everything need to know in Training and Assessment! The staff were thorough and knowledgeable, providing plenty of support. I'm very grateful that I choose to do the Fortress Learning Ultimate training Package training for my TAE40122 Certificate in Training and Assessing. Our trainer, Richard Gietman was above and beyond supportive, helpful, informative and his extensive professional knowledge was invaluable. I completed my qualification within a few months where others undertaking training with other providers have struggled for 12-months and some needed extensions.
If you're serious about getting this qualification and having a wealth of knowledge once you qualify then I highly recommend this pathway.

Fortress Learning is a great RTO to train with. They allow payment plans which make the course affordable and the course is online with adjustments that can be made which ensures it’s flexible. I just completed my TAE and trained with Deb. She went above and beyond to support me and guide me through the course. I highly recommend Fortress Learning and Deb.

The Assessor Skill Set course (TAES411-413) was beneficial in understanding the skills required to do assessment. It provided the theory and the practicality of using the theory in a simulated scenario environment. The Fortress Learning trainer was excellent. He was very approachable, practical, knowledgeable, and open minded. I am sure I will be using the skillsets gained from this course as an assessor in Surf Life Savings. The trainers and assessors at Fortress Learning acknowledged my years of previous experience as a trainer inside and outside RTOs. They took the time to help tailor my learning program to what needed to be done and helped me submit some RPL statements to get the qualification completed.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and always got back to any issues or concerns I had in a timely manner. The systems and portal set up is the best I've seen in years of studying.

When I look at upskilling in the training space, I will be definitely using Fortress Learning, can't recommend them enough!

I recently completed an update of my TAE40110 qualification to TAE40116 through Fortress Learning, all online. I found the system easy to follow and everything was encapsulated in one website. I was allocated a trainer and provided with his contact details. The course lead me by website, email, videos and written notes, all of which were informative. It was simple to complete and submit assignments. Assignments were varied and interesting, feedback was very speedy, comments were thoughtful. Anytime I had a query, it was easy to obtain solutions from the office staff for Admin queries and my trainer for academic queries. I heartily recommend Fortress Learning to anyone considering online learning.
