Coles Mooloolaba

This Coles store is fairly small but the location, just steps from the Mooloolaba Esplanade, is so convenient. It's a great place to get a rocking price on a SIM card for your mobile phone too. We paid just $4 for 8 GB and unlimited phone calls.

Service is always great. It was really sad to experience how rude a customer was today towards a deli staff member. Great job done by staff member dealing with this customer though. Not sure I could of been so courteous.

Great place

Great job today at coles by staff as there was idiot in one of the Isles pouring sardines of his head doing it all for attention and likes on (TikTok) when it’s not the appropriate thing to be doing as a grown adult. Now he’s outside causing more drama by drawing attention to himself. Not to mention while he is on his TikTok he’s made inappropriate comments about females in the store just going about there day.

I believe he should be trespassed and go back to where he came from.

This store is always clean, the staff are always polite and go above and beyond and the shelves are always stacked.

Can get conjested during holiday periods including the car park. Underground parking available.

Ordered the deli's selection of platters for a work function and was surprised by the quality and customer service provided by this store.

Hello, I wanted to say Thankyou to Dylan at Mooloolaba Coles.
On Friday 11th of August, I asked Dylan for assistance in the self checkout and he immediately came to help me. I only had a small amount of cash and the items I had purchased were about 50 cents more than I had. I asked Dylan if I could quickly exchange an item and he said that he would simply pay the amount himself as it wasn't much.
I was so impressed with Dylan for doing this and I would like for management to give him a Customer Service Award.
It's rare these days for young staff to have such a great Customer Focus.

Full size Coles with lots of stuff

Such efficient service. I've never been to a better coles, even on Christmas eve when it was really hectic. Everyone was helpful and it was so easy to.get in and get out

They had everything we were looking for

It’s the only supermarket to get a few things if you’re staying @ Mooloolaba. It’s very quiet there and has a few groceries my family normally gets

Big selection, wide range of goods and opening hours. Nice staff and plenty of parking if not during peak hours or school holidays.

High quality Coles supermarket with easy access / exit and helpfully and friendly team members. As a Coles should be, the layout is easy to shop and the quality of the deli and fruit is always to a high standard. People will find parking an issue unless they park underground, if you attempt to park at the front it will be a terrible high stress experience so don’t complain.

Love my local coles. They don't stock everything but a great selection for a smaller store. Staff are great.
