Madtongsan II

Came the day after the big storm in Brisbane. Extra star for putting in the effort while a lot of the other restaurant are closed. Had the soy fried chicken which I believe they used chicken breast rather than thigh which is still good but just not my favourite. The squid rice and tofu & kimchi soup is good as well. Old but clean. Generally recommended!!!

Really nice Korean restaurant in Brisbane cbd.

The food was really good and full of flavours. Seafood pancake was crispy and they fried with egg too. This was the first time I ate korean pancake with this version, which was so yummy. I was so in love with their cold noodle. Simple but super fresh and delightful. The pork was really tasty and soft too.

Service was great. Staffs were super friendly. Price was reasonably cheap too.

Delicious food for an affordable price! We went on a Monday night when it wasn't too crowded and service was prompt, our food came out very quickly, and it was extremely delicious! I found myself taking bites of my partners food while cooling down from the spice in mine. Great portion sizes, too. It was only my second time giving Korean BBQ a shot, and I immediately realised what I'd been missing out on. Will definitely be back!

The best Honey Garlic Wings in Brisbane, I have yet to taste anything better. I literally travel, (1 hour), all the way here to sate my honey garlic wings cravings. I get depressed that, (my local), the Sunnybank location is closed.

Whenever we visit and eat at Madtongsan nothing changed. It's the same friendly and efficient service, food taste great and staff are amazing. Our absolute favourite is their Bossam! Generous slices of thick poached pork and underneath is a bed of kimchi and greens. Definitely will always comeback here.

Been coming here for years, the food has been consistently great. Even though this restaurant is fairly hidden away upstairs, it is always so packed at dinner time. Food never takes too long to come out, and service is also prompt. There is a great variety of options available for all tastes.

I was impressed with how fast the food comes for groups, even with the staff shortages. Yummy food. A bit hard to find a car park nearby especially on a weekend so I recommend riding a scooter or public transport to get here.

Really nice Korean restaurant in the Brisbane CBD. The service was unexpectedly warm and friendly and the food was authentic and delicious. My special request to separate the sauce from the Bibimbap was done with no hassles.

Our favorite Korean restaurant to get a bowl of magnificent SunDuBu Jiggae! We always go there whenever we are in Brisbane, very nostalgic! The Sundubu is our comfort food and we are not even Korean 😄 Love the seafood pancake and their banchans was very decent! Hope we can visit you again!!

Delicious and we'll priced Korean food. I got the kimchi Udon soup noodles. Just the right amount of spice and decent portions too.

Best Korean restaurant in Brisbane. Lovely owners and staff make you feel super welcome, the food is delectable and is a go-to spot for me and my mates.

Love their food, very authentic Korean. Although the shop might need to be modernised, but considering the reasonable price I wouldn't mind it so much.

Anyeong haseyo! Was already missing Asian food on day 2 of the trip and am happy to be brought here for an authentic Korean meal. Kamsahamida!

There's a few Korean places in the CBD, but I have to say this one takes the cake with their variations on bibimbap.

Their beef bibimbap pictured below is one of the staples I'll keep going back to - that, and their pancakes for entrees!

Had the spicy bibimap hot pot and a bottle of peach soju, it was a great meal.

Went here last week with my wife on a date night.

Beautiful food. Beautiful customer service. It wasn't overpriced. It wasn't dry. It wasn't overcooked. Everything was just right, which means perfection.

Not often you get these types of places, which is exactly why I prefer to cook at home. But this is one place I think I will make a repeat occurrence.

This famous Korean Food store operates since 2002 is a favourite korean restaurant in Brisbane CBD. It used to at Elizabeth Arcade until recent years. The Korean food is nice especially the stews, a must if you are eating with many friends. In my recent visit, saw many Korean there although there are also other Korean Restaurants beside it like the Pullman.

Great Korean food, good portions sizes, great staff. There are a wide variety of dishes that are full of flavour. I love getting the jjamppong and tteokbokki, so spicy and tasty. The seafood pancake is also amazing.
