Rod is a good carpet cleaner, reliable, honest and helpful. This is our second time we've used him, price is reasonable. We would recommend him for carpet cleaning.

We had a very heavily tracked and stained carpet after our house had been tenanted for 7years. Rod has restored our carpets to almost new. So impressed! He removed stains that I thought wouldn’t come out. He was very obliging, even when I asked him to do extra to want we originally asked for. Used Rudd to strip and seal my vinyl floors. After 12 years of heavy foot traffic they were looking dull and faded. Took 3 cleans to get them back, then 4 coats of finish. They looked like new! Very happy with result and Rudd was extremely helpful also. Will use again

Fantastic service and a result beyond expectations in rescuing my 35 year old carpet. Rod went out of his way (1 hour job call time) to best correct a bad result from a big name competitor I had earlier in the day. Rods equipment (wet washers and hot steam, high suction vacuum) is far superior in comparison to other carpet cleaners I have used before. Forget the dry wash/electro crowds! Friendly guy, great work ethic. Highly recommend!

We had a total repaint, replaced carpets with vinyl planks and replaced all lights with leds. But something was missing. Rod then totally cleaned the floor tiles and grout - bringing out a clean, light colour, which was the missing piece. We were very happy with the outcome, but he insisted on coming back Sat afternoon to complete what he wasn’t totally satisfied with. He also offered to complete a couple of heavy lifting tasks left undone by others. No hesitation to recommend Rod for his totally professional, dependable and very affordable services. Such outstanding and professional work. Rod is very friendly and is a pleasure to have around. Wow. Rod is a machine. I have had stains in my carpet that two other carpet cleaning companies haven't been able to lift. When he left now and I saw the state of the carpets I was blown away. My Kings Lounge is well loved by three children and two dogs and today it looks showroom-new. He was fast and friendly and I am 100% satisfied. My last carpet-clean was a little cheaper but it didn't even come close to results I have today. I have dust-allergy sufferers in my house and today I found my regular go-to company. I can't recommend Rod and his methods enough.
