Direct Freight Express

I would highly recommend direct freight express. Simon is our go to guy who goes out of his way to provide excellent service. His main area would be Cairns to Mareeba and the tablelands I guess. He is always looking for new clients for direct freight express. I wish that every business had employees that were as committed and hard working Simon!! Well done mate. PS You need a pay rise!!

I had missed my delivery of new wheels and tyres for the car on Friday and these guys were able to organise me coming in and picking them up on the same day just before the weekend which generally most places don't do. Awesome work and thanks 👍

I wasn’t home to receive my goods so the delivery guy called me direct and we sorted the situation out. He was super cool. Very easy to work with would use again

Customer service at the Cairns Depot has always been first class for me.

Took half the day off work to make sure I was home for delivery as stated in their delivery status. Didn't even turn up. Unprofessional and without any call or message.

Had parcel delivery schedule for yesterday. Was not. Parcel left Brisbane 4 days ago, has not been scanned since according to their website.. kept waiting over 15 minutes on the phone but gave up as could not be connected to a human; loud answering machine kept on repeating and repeating options. no email address option to contact them. when trying to contact depot in Cairns, only phone number available is the head office number ; worst courrier service ever, Australia post is a lot better.

Shout out to the guys at the Cairns depot. Thanks for not helping me load my delivery at your depot. You didn't even offer to help. So much for saving you the time delivering to me. Poor service. I wouldn't recommend these guys

If I could rate minus stars, I would.
Dude in a semi damn near ran me off the Bruce hwy in QLD. He kept pushing up my rear and was flashing and air-horning me, trying to intimidate me into driving faster. He overtook me on double undivided lines and merged his entire 2nd trailer onto me, forcing me to slam on my breaks and swerve out of the single lane, off the road. If I hadn't done this, me and my beautiful puppy would both be dead... it didn't help that when I called the company to report their driver's dangerous driving to them, I was literally told "write an email, there's no one here who will take a call of that nature". In other words - go jump, nobody here gives a 🦆

I had been waiting for over two weeks. I checked my mailbox every day and there was no sign of a driver coming. I contacted the support center and they said they could not deliver in a private area, but one gate is open. Amazon can delivers well. This company did not even post a "sorry we missed you" card, so I wasted my time!

And they never called or messaged me
