Wish we could've stayed longer! The location is fantastic. 30 second walk to the most amazing beach. Parking is very easy. The room was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy and our large family was happily accommodated. Very friendly staff. Thanks for having us!

One of the best motels we’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are spacious, they’ve got smart tv stuff for if it’s rainy and a fully fledged kitchen. An epic restaurant and bar next door, and shops so close by. Could do a longer stint next time, really impressed!

Great place and friendly staff. We will definitely be back great cafe next door with live music and great atmosphere. If you want a place to stay that has beach, park and shops all less than 3 minutes walk this is the place.

Loved my stay at the mango tree! Not only were the rooms lovely, clean and cozy but also the staff were so helpful and welcoming. When we arrived we got shown a map of where everything was and we were recommended good food places and shown where to visit in 1770 for scenery and beaches. The lady at the front desk was so kind and asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything. The motel is so close to the beach and a great cafe for pizza and drinks!! I would 100% go back here and will be soon!

My husband and I are currently at the motel and we're loving it. We're travelling up to Townsville and decided to book a room at the mango Tree hotel to rest before another day driving. And how great it is to rest in such a peaceful and comfortable room. Spacious bed, perfumed bath towels, a great shower and a clean room. Everything we needed.
I would recommend the motel to anyone who enjoys quietness, clean rooms and great price.

Nice motel close to main beach. Great people, great location. Went for a night walk with kids and it was so much fun. Having a beach next door is just an amazing advantage. Kids loved it…

This motel is so centrally located that you are able to walk within 2 minutes to the beach, supermarket, many cafes and takeaways. It is ideal accommodation for someone looking for a kitchen to cook their own food, and a guest barbecue area for your convenience, great parking at the door of your room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They offer a laundry service and sell great priced alcohol for house guests. Room start from $100 a night during week nights and discounts are available if you stay 3 nights. All rooms have kitchens. The rooms are clean comfortable and air conditioned. There is free wifi to house guests and a TV DVD player in each room. Also 6 Austar channels. They can accommodate up to 6 people in their family rooms. So convenient to everything in Agnes Water. My photos I have attached to Mango Tree Motel are locations all within 2 minutes walk. There is a Cafe and Bar next door that does offer room service but it is not part of the motel. Great for an afternoon drink.

Older style motel but all the good points make that a non event.
Would easily stay at Mango Tree Motel again.

Room nice and spacious. Nice shower. Location across the beach, bar, cafes, restaurants. Very clean. We loved it. Netflix, YouTube, free wifi. Everything you need .

This is a really nice motel. Great facilities, even a dedicated enclosed BBQ gazebo, in room cooking facilities, and super friendly hosts, Sue and Loraine.

Very friendly receptionist room was very clean and the Bed was nice and soft and comfortable if I go back there to Agnes Waters I'll be staying there again very good value for money

Basic motel style accommodation but perfect for an Agnes getaway. Walking distance to shops, pub and beach with good array of activity brochures available in reception to assist with things to do.
