Jamie was wonderful to communicate with, she always responded to emails or messages promptly which we appreciated as this was the first stay at a pet retreat for our 5 month old puppy. Jamie kept us up to date with messages and photos during his stay and even arranged for the local dog groomer to wash him as he thoroughly enjoyed the splash pools and outdoor activities. We would definitely book our pup in with Jamie again.

I would fully recommend this pet retreat. It was like a home away from home. Jaime understands how important our fur babies are to us and kept us updated with photos of how Marley was doing. I was impressed with Jaime's prompt and professional replies to my emails. Thanks so much Jamie 🐕

Jaime is passionate about caring and training dogs. The facilities are excellent, clean and well designed. The snake avoidance course was worth every cent to prevent my dog sniffing at anything that moved. He now identifies snakes as danger and retreats.
Would reccomend their services to everyone.

We cannot thank Jaime enough for her wonderful attentiveness and care of Bella (almost 15) and Jack (9). Our dogs had never been in a pet kennel before so this was an anxious decision for us all. However, this Retreat is no ordinary one. It was not like other pet kennels. It definitely has a point of difference. For us, it was a home away from home for Bella and Jack with all of the love and due diligence that we give our furry mates. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending this fabulous service. We would definitely use this Retreat again if we are ever in the area. Congratulations to Rosie and Dick’s for providing a truly wonderful experience for our dogs (And us!) I am so grateful that we have a high quality pet resort in our area. I recently left my gigantic dog with Jaimie and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jaimie sent me pics each day with a little story on how my dawggie was doing. The 40 acre retreat is well set out with secure day paddocks and high levels of cleanliness in the sleeping area. In a world of chaos, I felt very safe knowing my precious pet was in amazingly capable hands. Thank you. I would highly recommend Rosie and Dicks to people who truly care for the wellbeing of their pets.

Can't speak highly enough of Jamie's service. Has a beautiful property for the dogs to enjoy and she was more than accommodating through some last minute changes to plans which required a longer stay for the puppy.

Such a beautiful retreat facility - would almost like to stay here myself! The ground are amazing and the owner has a wealth of knowledge and qualifications in animal management and dog training. It's so reassuring to leave your beloved pets with someone who cares for them as though they're her own. Highly recommend a stay here for your little family members!

Left my dog Alfie for a week, in the pooch parlour section. He was very well looked after, with regular updates during his stay, and when we picked him up he was very calm and also smelt nice as well, which speaks volumes of the care he recieved while at the retreat. We can not rave about this place enough. Our 2 fur babies had the best time and were so well looked after.
We got updates and photos on their stay
They got a treat from santa each (they stayed over Christmas break)
They love their trail walks
And being able to come and go into the kennel and outside to play as they please during the day.
Although we dont live in agnes we will be making the trip each time now if we ever need care for them. As i know they are so well looked after.

Absolutely beautiful location. All very new and clean with plenty of room to run around. Jaime is great with our doggy and he always comes home with a new level of cardio so I know he’s had a great time. Worth every cent.

Amazing service and communication, our pups were at home away from home. Rosie & Dick’s outstanding location also ensures they have maximum entertainment and a place to enjoy, fending off the boredom and anxiety of being locked away in a traditional kennel. Can’t recommend their service and location enough.

The dogs came back so happy which was a great feeling as they had not been to kennels before but you can’t say this is a kennel as it’s more like home . Updates and photos were a nice touch to give us peace of mind all was well . Puppies will definitely be holidaying there again !

Amazing to have the knowlegde and experience of this business in the region for beloved pets. As the only council approved boarding in the area (so important for insurance!), is there any question as to who should care for our furry (and not so furry) family members? Added bonus of it being owned and operated by a qualified trainer in animal mamagement & dog training. Boom. Here's the best person for the job:)

well, isn't this place just the best, EVER! our westie Bruno spent 3 days here, we felt completly at ease with the care and attention he received. My dog gets excited every time she realises where we are going, she loves staying here..Jamie is an awesome host and goes above and beyond to accommodate pets in her care...highly recommended.
