Awesome place to swim and explore marine life in relative safety within rock formations. Great time too, as the turtles are coming up at night to lay their eggs. Make sure you bring your mozzie repellent and shovel to create trenches around your tent. It's the lightning and rain season!

Nice place. A few sandy places on the track through the actual camp area. The track is fairly snug amongst the trees so probably not the best for vehicles who are wider than 2.2m. Each site has some sort of picnic table or platform as well as being a generous size.
We would go back.

This awesome place Wreck Rock in the start of Deep Water National Park (coming from Sth end) is a must see with a great little hidden swimming spot with natural rock pools left on low tide & personal little horse shoe beach making for perfect swimming/boogie boarding, also walk out on the rocky Heads for some great Rock fishing for all. N just a short walk from the NP camping ground.

My favourite camping grounds in Qld. Nev and Bev the campsite hosts and turtle researchers were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return here again some day. The campsites are huge and outdoor shower and composting toilet were a luxury and well kept.

Great camping spot. Plenty of room on each site, easy access for all vehicles. The caretakers are amazing people, facilities are minimal but well kept. Just a short walk to the beach and a great opportunity to see plenty of wildlife. Will definetly come back!

Loved wreck rock camp ground. Camp ground is tidy and peaceful. Good value. Well set out camp sites, large shady well defined. Short walk over the dunes to the beach. Well worth a visit

Access via Baffled Creek is very doable with a sedan, saw a huge Winnebago pull up one day but low branches limited his access. The road from Agnes Waters is strictly 4x4 only. Campsite itself is in nature. Only 14 stands that are pretty spread apart so you have privacy and dont hear your neighbour's conversations. You are pretty much self reliant out here so make sure you packed everything. There is no phone reception within the campsite, you have to head for highground to get Telstra access only. Beautiful beach with good fishing and decent surf when the weather is right. Composting toilets and Alfresco rainwater shower. The stars at night is stunning - loved our stay and will be back.

One of our favourite spots. Open fires, large shaded camp sites, picnic tables, great beach, rock pools and fishing. Quiet piece of paradise.

Lovely camping area. Not suitable for caravans. Camp sites shaded but enough sun for solar.
