Mandarin Court Restaurant

Compare to the standard in Brisbane and Gold Coast , this restaurant offer a very good standard of Yum Cha and delicious dim sim !
They used a traditional ( like the 70’s and 80’s in HK ) Hong Kong style to make the dim sim ! Delicious! Worth a try when you are traveling in Gold Coast!

Has been maybe 18 years since we had been here, went back last Saturday and was a bit of a flash back, has not really changed and is still one of the best tasting with a great range of yum cha and still priced competitively.
Great to see a restaurant with consistency.
Kids loved it to.

The food was amazing, the best I've had for a while, inside the restaurant looked beautiful. We had Honey King Prawns and Special Fried Rice, the Prawns where huge and cooked perfectly. Highly Recommended

Fantastic Yum Cha today.
Crispy springrolls, tasty as Prawn and chive dumplings, Pork Buns SO good, ordered Sweet n Sour Pork-WOW beautifully balanced, best Ive had for years!!
Fried Rice-Authentic As AGAIN BEAUTIFULLY BALANCED, Pork spare Ribs Yummi.

Fantastic, and well looked after by the staff, I wanted to order one by one instead of all at once, they totally picked up on what I wanted and left me to it, while checking up, not in an annoying way!! Yum Cha not a big list to choose from, just perfect, and like always Chinese tea yum!!!

Time is frozen in this restaurant. You can find the same Aussie-Chinese food back in the 80s. Great deco. Live seafood. Sizzling dishes, fire flame pork, Peking duck & Fried Icecream. Yum Cha from 9am

I have visited this delightful restaurant many times and have allways been impresssed with the clean fresh food at reasonable prices.I crave yum cha and have to go. tried many others on the coast and none so nice. pleasant service allways. Thankyou

Lovely old school decor and Great service. I go for the nostalgia. The Food is by no means modern but quality is consistent and I usually go for yum cha.

Mandarin court is THE place to stop for YumCha! The staff and owners couldnt be more pleasant and polite. Decor,ceiling are impressive-its a sydney yumcha in mermaid!
Crabmeat dumplings,Turnip Cakes & Cheese Scallops are my recommendation.Enjoy!

Enjoyed delicious food in traditional setting complete with live entertainment. Restaurant is for the easy going.. snobs are not welcome.

I went there for YUM cha and was delighted with the variety and the taste of every dish they served. Their service will be another reason to return.

We went for lunch yum cha and it is actually quite good. Would give it at least 9.5 out of 10.

We had duck and fresh fish with ginger sauce! Yummy! Staff were helpful.

The best Yum Cha on the Gold Coast, The owner Raymond runs a great restaurant and the place is really worth a visit...

The place was nice. Food and service was excellent. I would come back next holiday.
