We have recently moved into our beautiful new home, built by the team at MNC Drafting and Construction. The whole process from design to build was an absolute dream! You could not find anyone better to work with than Tim. He is such a nice guy and was in constant communication with us. Nothing was too minor or too difficult. Dave's brilliant engineering mind was invaluable in the design process, and again he was such a pleasure to work with.
Sam and all the builders are always friendly and professional, and it was a pleasure going onsite and seeing them all.
When speaking to other trades I have never heard a bad word spoken about this team. Everyone speaks very highly of them and loves working with them, which is the biggest compliment coming from their colleagues.
While we watched half built houses by other builders sit dormant for months, our house never stopped, and was completed within 6 months.
We are so impressed with the quality of the build and absolutely love our new home!!
We have another building project coming up and will definitely be using MNC Drafting and Construction again.

Tim and Dave were in regular contact with me throughout the build. They were very organised and allowed me plenty of time and notice to make each decision. I was free to add my own style and choose pieces that I liked from different suppliers, sometimes to their inconvenience. Yet, they were always calm,
patient and more than happy to work with me to create exactly what I wanted.
